Tired to get on Bifrost just now 1200+ in queue. Then disconnected. Gonna set up on a low population server. And move when it's free.
Wow that's not going to happen all high with 1000s in queue.
What's the point in paying for games these days.

I've done a couple of hours. It's the very definition of a sandbox MMO but it's fun so far.
there's an official twitter post saying in a few weeks you will be able to move servers for free too. (I guess a one off thing to reunite friends.
people can just play wherever then and move to a good server after
Its on 42% on Steam rating now, 2% above the threshold for a Mostly Negative rating. I wonder if they will ask Steam to clear the negative reviews that are related to server queues on the grounds that they arent reviews. I've seen Steam do that before at a devs request, Bless Online for example.

Well, been playing for 9 hours solid give or take an hour for Two For Tuesday dinner. I gave up on the EU and Bitfrost queue simulator at 1pm. Decided to go for US East server with a few American followers, 12 in queue initially, played till 17.30 buttery smooth even with 110 ping, logged off, rejoined at 7pm 212 in queue and was in within the hour. Just got off now, overall once I chinned off the EU servers I've enjoyed myself immensely. Can't wait to hop straight back on with very little queue from 8am tomorrow morning.

I think I may hop on a is server, the EU ones are just too rammed. They should offer the free move now. So all the yanks can go back home. Lol

Ended up staying up a bit later than expected playing this. Of course work decided to have a major incident 10m before end of play so had to stay sorting that out, so barely got anything done so far. Level 10 and joined my faction or whatever they're called, just enjoying wandering around mining, fishing etc.

I've given up on Bifrost, I'm level 9. But can wait hours to get in. It's just stupid.
just play on a low pop server in a few weeks they will let people move for free then decide where to live

Logged in to some random US ( American server ( 110 ping ) surprisingly not to bad & a lot less wait than EU servers , played until 2am & got to level 13 , levelling is slow but I’m glad they done that Enjoying the game so far it’s got a bit of wow / guild wars feel too it with a similar fighting style to Witcher games I’d say from what I’ve played so far with swords , the worlds alive for now at least & I’m enjoying the quests , pvp at low levels is easy to avoid so stick pvp on to get 5% xp boost easy to run away ! One thing to be aware of is pvp faction quests if you complete them before you hand in & die you lose the quest as I found out last night so 30 mins of faction questing for nothing so keep that in mind ! Apart from that enjoying the game & learning new stuff as I go along. Kinda itching to get home & play!

I'd say this is easily the best looking game I've ever played. Radeon 6700rx not pushing solid 60@4k but still runing good enough between 40-50. Now to learn how to make moar bullets..
