Man of Honour
I don't get excited about it, but it's a fun way of spending an evening with friends.

I don't agree that MOST people define living as being a drug addict or alcoholic.

no, but it's a good excuse to have a few drinks, see friends and maybe get some beef curtains![]()

you are a long time dead
nothing positive about death
and nothing can be achieved there.
This is your time, live it the best you can, there is nothing else.
After years of going, spending a fortune on booze and cabs we decided this year to stay at home.
Glad we did. Neither of us even had a drink and we seen the bells in with a cup of tea and bed about 1.
Benefits :
Loverly.
- No hangover.
- Was able to enjoy enjoyed fully cooked breakfast.
- Seen all the footy on telly.
- Had refreshing stroll with the missus and back for tea
Happy New Year to all.

Am I the only person who doesn't get excited about the new year? I just don't get what's so good about it, just another year, another day or am I missing something?
