Personally I don't like censorship. It's a slippery slope to control of everything.

Also, the point early in the thread discussing the motives behind the attackers.you have to be very very careful not to offend anyone or be labelled a supporter.
Personally I'd only ever discuss such matters over in person conversation Never write it down. Maybe you'll get an important job in future where it gets you sacked

From a couple of days ago, a NZ biker gang paying tribute to the dead by performing Haka outside the mosque.

I hope terror-boy's cell doors are sound, for his own sake.

Yea, I agree. I don't think many people will have a problem with it being taken down, it's clearly the sensible thing to do.

That's because the naive general public do not see the future problems made possible by willingly bending over and allowing governments and other groups to censor us.

If they're banning entire websites right now for simply having a video posted on them (and yet not for the countless ISIS videos, hmm what a surprise), imagine where we'll be in the near future. I seem to remember the Nazis going down the same route...

That's one way of looking at it.

The nazis didn't have the internet or TVs. They did burn some books but then we've banned books in this country and the US has a history of boards of education banning books, Christian and morality groups trying to ban porn and the like.

The thing is you are never going to remove these videos from the internet, it's impossible. I can't see any reason why FB, YT or main social media sites should carry ISIS or any other extreme videos though.
