In september the Xbox360 was around 6, PS3 was around 2 and Wii was around 1.5.

Besied which attach rate is the most useless statistic on the planet. In fact, it is normally a bad thing to have a high attach rate as that means not many consoles are being sold.
An Attach rate of 10 on 10 million consoles is worse than an attach rate of 5 on 25 million consoles. If you sell your consoles at a profit like Nintendo, then you are in an especiall good situation with the latter.

Wii Sports + Play + SMG + Zelda + MP8 + 40 million games sold on 20 million hardware
2:1 attach rate, and that exlcudes many multi million selling other gmes like Mario and Sonic, MP3, etc.

Yes it does, so 1080p isn't needed. The hardware hit is too big. I mentioned this over 2.5 years ago but no one would listen then.
The only way to get around that, is to play Gears of War on the PC at 1920x1080, that's what I've done.

EDIT: I see you have the same card as I do, so no prob there. Runs nice and smooth (too fast, had to enable V-Sync) with DX10 AA on as well.
I know what you are saying - and I agree with the principle that X360 attach rate is probably a lot higher than stated - but in your figures you have to account for the number of titles released also to get a true figure

The attach rate overall is something like 5-4-3 for 360-Wii-PS3.
But as I said, the attach rate is pointless. Nintendo make much more more in the situation they are now than if they were in MS's
