Soooooo...called up google to see what the hell is going on with my order and here is how it went:
Me: Wanted to check delivery status (no email).
CS rep: It's processing.
Me: I know that, I've come in on my day off work just in case, I'm off for the next week so can I change my del address?
CS rep: No other info I'm afraid, I'll put you through to a 'specialist'
Specialist: Let me check status of order...hold please.
2 mins later
Specialist: I'm afraid your nexus 10 is on back-order. Did you receive an email?
Me: FFFFUUUUUUUU, No I did not, I knew about the nexus 4 but nexus 10 as well? In that case I would like to cancel.
Specialist: let me escalate this to my 'supervisor'...hold please.
2 mins later
Specialist: Ok my supervisor has dug deeper and you did not get back-ordered, yours should be shipped within 12 hours.
Me: Wtf...ok but can I change my del address?
Specialist: No I'm afraid not.
Me: Well that's not helpful, oh well.
Specialist: Anything else I can help you with?
Me: (He has an odd definition for help) No thanks
Specialist: Ok can you do a brief survey to rate my performance?
Me: (You have got to be kidding) No sorry I don't have the time. Cheers, bye.
I can't help but lol and cry at how bad google are.
