I read somewhere that the N5 was EOL? You might not be able to get your hands on the 32GB if that's the case

Can I get away with just changing the digitizer or are they stuck together with the LCD?
I've never changed a screen before.

Is it worth getting the OEM parts? Weighing the options of doing it myself or claiming from bank phone insurance and paying the £50 excess..

best to do the whole thing or you will need a heat gun to separate,

£50 excess seems high for damage? is that correct, my insurance is £25 for damage and £50 for loss.

new screen (2nd one now!) arrived

took phone out of pocket
battery is buldging (was fine this morning)
one the back plate clips seems to have snapped off beacuse of it

onto ebay - new back plate and battery ordered

triggers broom of phones now

I accidently the whole thing

both times bought screen including frame

havent done this times yet - waiting for new batt and cover to arrive first so it will be all nice and new once installed!
