I would totally recommend n5! Still the smoothest and fastest phone I've played with/owned. :)

Had it since release and I just can't see my self upgrading till the new batch of "flagships" comes out.. :) simply nothing on the market right now.. There are phones that tempt me but its just because I want a new toy.. Not because nexus is bad

your post is seriously confusing :)

only reason I'd go for m8 is if you don't mind the size, want modified android, don't mind rubbish(IMO BITE ME) camera and want great speakers. Otherwise nexus 5 wins.
 
what I like about n5's camera is the consistency.. when ever I take a pic it always seems to come out good, I don't need to continuously re-take pics just to get one done right, with oppo for e.g. pics were a lot more inconsistent where I had to take 3-4 pics of the same thing to get ONE nice picture, same with other phones I've tried.

it might not be the best overall but it's the easiest(I found) to take a good shot with.

we can forget SD slot on a nexus phone :) not going to happen.

I'd say mid November, the usual! :) if it's 5.2" I'm getting one on release and ditching my oppo find 5 and I'll keep n5 as a spare.

meh the 32gb version of n5 is perfect for me! :) got around 6gb left with everything I need installed..
 
ran over my n5 with my bike.. after it fell out of my pocket and went straight under the back wheel! scratches all over the back cover, screen etc but it's in one piece?! luck.

I have a really nice tempered glass screen protector, and it just chips that instead of my screen and feels just as nice, actual a tad better as this one has curved edges which are lovely.

I may get a replacement back as mine is a bit scratched up before I sell it.

nope! guess I was pushing my luck having a completely naked phone!

then again not sure if much would have helped.. I'm surprised its in one piece tbh..
