NFL 2015 Season

A couple of wins gave me a false sense of security that the Vikings might not play terribly at Soldier Field, I should have known better.

Was a funny game to call but I think the truth is it was two not very good teams who know each other well. Loved the Vikes 4th down play that resulted in the TD. Bears had a lot of possession but were wasteful with it. And some bonehead play calling (I assume Trestman) at the end of the first half where Cutler is picked off. Could have at least tried for a FG to make it a seven point game.

Some surprise results and yet another dominate performance by GB. Nice to see Peppers run the interception in. Great athlete.

My wife doesn't follow NFL at all but lad she works with is a Raiders fan. I enjoy laughing at her when she wears the Raiders t-shirt he got her as a birthday present from her work team.

Chargers were awful but Raiders just can't seem to get anything going at all. Surely they can grab 1 win before the end.

Yea we almost messed it up lol! Thank god for Justin Tuck's awareness! :D

RG3 still struggling whilst Ryan Tannehill is looking like a franchise QB; funny to think how the Redskins sold the farm to move up for the former when they could have just drafted Tannehill without moving and arguably have ended up with a better QB :p

Cowboys' offensive line is next-level outstanding; Romo had enough time to write a letter, stick a stamp on it and go post it before throwing that TD pass!

NFC South continues to amaze; at 2-9 the Tampa Bay Bucs are just 2 places off first and have a realistic chance of being a play-off team, let that sink in for a minute.

Crazy. Thought New Orleans might take control of the division but it appears they've gone down at home again.

I sense this will bring the whole seeding prior to play-offs argument back to the fore again. If people were unhappy the 7-9 Seahawks hosted a playoff game a few years ago, what are they going to make of this year?

Mathematically it's possible that the NFC South winner could finish up with a 5-11 record whilst the Packers could miss out on the play-offs at 12-4, chew that one over :p

They need to change the play-off format though, the current set-up has too much potential to be grossly unfair.

Problem is even if you adopt a new seeded format (so the winners of the NFC South are seeded 6th rather than 4th and have to go on the road, or you expand the number of teams) its doesn't stop the fact that you can have divisional winners that qualify ahead of other wildcard teams who have superior records, or themselves have a losing record (2010 Seahawks).

Ultimately they would have to scrap the current division format which would be a massive change for the game and potentially end some long standing divisional rivalries.

Thanksgiving is quickly becoming my favourite holiday, and we don't even celebrate it.

Three consecutive NFL games, joy!

2 massive wins in 4 days for Seattle over division rivals with an interesting finish schedule wise playing both division rivals again. I think they will win them all and win the division now.

Records are starting to settle down now as the best teams are beginning to shine through. A few weeks ago results were al over the place but I think a lot of the true contenders have finally got themselves together

It's certainly an interesting time in both conferences for who will finish in the wildcards spots. The Lions & Seahawks did what they needed to but ultimately one of those two or Cowboys/Eagles won't get in. I guess the Niner still have an outside chance.

As for the 3 games unfortunately the Bears/Lions was only really interesting for the 1st quarter and the others games weren't close either.
