NFL 2024 season

Absolutely pathetic officiating in the Chiefs game... 2 dreadful calls for Mahomes as always... And him flopping around trying to draw more penalties is just pathetic.

Especially the second one - he's a runner in the open field - doesn't go down, is fair game, and hardly takes a hit - but yet get a 15 yard penalty call. Truely awful stuff.

Desperately hope they get beat. As usual - the league would love to see Kelce and Taylor smooching under the confetti!!

Enjoying the Commanders run - playing some good stuff.

A question of what could have been for both the Rams and The Ravens.
The Ravens in particular will be frustrated this morning. Pretty much gave the game away with turnovers/takeaways.
Yes, conditions played a part, but same for both teams.

That was far too close for comfort last night! I thought we'd blown it when the Ravens went for the two point conversion but somehow luck was on our side for once.

Good games yesterday, as per normal the Divisional weekend was much better. Good luck to everyone apart from the Chiefs, a Commanders/Bills SB would be refreshing. Just got to hope.

I thoroughly enjoyed the games yesterday and was shocked at the result of the Raven's game. I don't mind who gets through TBH, just hoping that the games are all entertaining and not plagued with ref'ing issues.

I've just seen a post on Reddit about a guy who posted yesterday with his £1,300 bet on the Ravens  He'd deleted the post, but someone had a screenie.

I was having a look myself, I wondered if I should a) double down and place a bet on the Commanders to win or b) hedge my bets, bet the Eagles win, so if we lose there's some good news at least. The bookies don't give us much of a chance. £20 straight up win on Washington would net me £66 return. Same on the Eagles was less than £27 (so £7 winnings)

With the Bills now having success on the ground, this is their best chance ever to beat the Chiefs. You can never write off Mahomes though.
I actually fancy the Commanders to beat the Eagles, If they can keep Saquon quiet.
Should be 2 good games. Looking forward to Sunday. :)

I'm Stunned that we have Hired Pete Carroll as HC. But I thought that re-hiring Jon Gruden was the start of a turnaround for us but that ended in controversy. I live in hope though. :p

Eagles were dominating. Looks like Chiefs are having to work hard against the Bills so far.

Eagles vs. Bills Superbowl perhaps?

Don't jinx it! Looks like we're getting our act together a bit though after a very shaky start.

KC getting the calls as usual.
Turning into a joke now, had the face mask which wasn't, lead to a TD. The catch which wasn't as the ball hit the ground before Worthy had control, lead to TD. Then no taunting call by Kelce afterwards but a flag on the Bills.
Great answer by the Bills there, big TD
