Night Drive?

I prefer driving at night - colder air ;) I drive to work at 5am so it's usually rather quiet and nice at that time of day... not that I would never be naughty of course. I do it sometimes "just because" - similarly with my bike.

I've doesn't if you get the right car, and are stupid enough to waste so much money on petrol:p
this man speaks the truth.

last saturday, fueled up then went for a nice little drive throught the country roads, up into the hills for the tight twisty stuff, i do it quite regularly, just whenever i'm bored, need to clear my head, or just generally P'd off.
either shove a CD in and have a relaxing drive or leave the face at home and listen to the engine make its own music, just depends on my mood.

very rarely drive around the city at night, only if i have to.

i love driving at night, especially those cold clear nights.

Ive just got a car so i tend to ONLY do this :D. I bet it'll wear off soon enough tho.

I used to quite often, but now weather getting crap its not so fun, so play pgr :D much cheaper. HEHe i suspect I will when I get a new car.

Still do this quite often, although being at uni I dont really have a use for my car (Xsara VTS) so it would just sit there otherwise!

I do it many times, my last was last friday my car had just been in for a service what better way to put it through its paces get those spark plugs going and that oil flowing. I dont do it as often any more as i have an 80 mile daily motorway commute so kinda sucks the fun.

But if i get my new car soon im sure the driving spark will once again be reignighted

Haven't done for 5 or so years. I often go further than I need to or take a more interesting route etc. but I always go out for a purpose.

i watched that advert when it first appeared on tv. I must admit it did have an influence on me as i have gone out afew times at 4 or 5 in the morning for a nice drive.

The air is nice and fresh at that time and the roads, towns just be sound asleep with no one on the road. Its nice just to drive without worrying about lanes and indicaters. Just feels so peaceful.

And playing "Don't Blow It" by Cliff Martinez just gives it a nice chillout vibe. Plus you notice a lot more stuff that you dont really appreciate during normal driving

Just got back from a pointless drive around the new forest! Would have stayed out a bit later however I need to be up early tomorrow. :)

I don't do it at night. Do on sunny days though, go and find some nice quiet roads with the roof down

There's an awesome B road near me, it has a bridge and everything. Sometimes I like to have a spirited drive down there... I tend to limit how often though as I know that if I ever crash my car it will be there!!!!!

When I first got my car I went out most nights in it, I like to go for a drive on the weekend at some point too. Got two fun cars to drive as well now!

I go out driving of an evening quite often, couple of times a month maybe. Problem is, when I do it on a friday or saturday night, I just end up driving into the city centre and perving :o

You'd have much better views if you went out instead :D

I dont finish untill 3am every night, so every drive home is always so peaceful
blasting along with Air on the stereo. :)

One of my best friends lives in quite a rural area, and after a late night pub session on a Friday/Saturday night he is often the last person I drop off, which leaves me with a nice, quiet 20 minute drive along fairly deserted rural/village roads back to mine. Nice just to put a chillout CD on, or maybe even Classic FM and just cruise through the darkness.
