Night Owls

Crashed after work - woke up after 2 hours sleep (as usual if I sleep earlier than normal) now wide awake. Down for 21 hours overtime this week so its not going to end well.

Only work 3 days a week so my Wednesdays are now my Fridays :D. Getting around £200 less a month.. but its worth it.

So, night time... what to do for the next 4 hours!?

About 2 hours sleep a night at the moment and it is killing me.
Against my better judgement I asked the doctor for something to help but the pics had little effect apart from very vivid and unpleasant dreams. Chucked them out.

Anyway morning to anyone out there.

This is getting serious. Just woken up sweating but also shivering at the same time. Really weird. Earliest I can get an appointment with my GP? Next Friday.

I get something like that if I'm tired enough to sleep but its earlier than normal i.e crash when I get home after a hard shift at work - I'll sleep for ~2 hours, have really vivid dreams and wake up with cold sweats. Then I'll be too wide awake to get back to sleep for awhile.

I was looking forward to MOTD tonight. Then I started watching it, and realised that watching footy on TV bores the hell out of me these days. Or maybe it's the pain of listening to Shearer that has put me off.

Question: does nobody from up North realise that "they done it" is not proper English? Shearer seems none the wiser, but he's not alone in using that phrase every 5 minutes.
