No longer riding an Italian
An afternoon of tinkering and I am now using these:

A set of Hel braided hoses, I went for a 'race' setup on the front, so I now have a line for each caliper.

Not put many miles on them yet, but the few I have done around town felt far more confident on braking, you actually feel like you're pulling against some hard resistance.

£75 well spent I feel :D

Scort.

I would kill myself on the road if I had a bike like that :(

Nah, so long as you keep the speed for where it's safe, you'll be fine - just need to remember no one else can see you, and when they do, they try to kill you :p

Scort.

Nice one mate, got them on mine aswell really do notice the difference, I paid more like £54 delivered though *whistle* :p

:p

I paid the extra for the privilege of going into George White – a fatal mistake for me usually :(

You got a Ninja but not in Green :(

Nice though, wish I could justify the insurance on a 600 size bike, still 400's are quick enough for me now I guess :p

Randomly I've not ridden a bike without braided hoses and then after them, so not sure how much they affect it, but both of my 400's have braided hoses since I got them, always nice :)

A green one whould have been nice, but I was dead set on getting a Blue CBR600RR - I ended up getting the majority of my kit before passing, and that is mainly blue, not that you have to coordinate; but it’s the old saying Blue and Green should not be seen :P

If I got for a ZX10R next, I'll look at a green one then I think :)

Throttle works both ways mate. You soon learn that on the bike - people that don't just help Darwin along.

I know :p Some people are ridiculously inexperienced to be riding the bikes they do.

I can just imagine myself though, speeding down country roads then sliding on oil, poo or gravel and then flying into a ditch..

I got to eye up the totty working there, so it's not all bad :D

Scort.

hehe ;)

Want to swap Calipers? im getting the dreaded K4 gixer brake judder, seems the ZX6R and 10R calipers and a straight swap and they apparently fix the problem lol, so now im wathing some nice black ZX10R calipers :D damn they will look smart hehe.

You forgot pheasants, Horses, Tractors, cyclists, old people.... ;)

Think I'll pass on that if you don't mind :p

Sounds bad though, certainly not the thing you want - will it result in you having to swap out the calipers then?

Scort.
