Looks like it so far though, Nintendo seem more interested in selling their 6 year old ancient handheld hardware that already has a ton of games, than this new piece of exciting hardware that needs all the support it can get right now.
Oh, I thought you meant WiiU. I don't think the Switch will ever end up like the Wii, that time has passed. The casuals have moved on to smartphone games and other stuff.
Battery life wise for Zelda I've been around the 3 hour mark so definitely appears to be accurate.
Make sure you invest in a decent external power brick for that loooooooong flight! I'm guessing you're flying direct?
I'm convinced Zelda will see me through it fairly easily.
Depends on the current rating of the USB port though , I have the anker one which has a 4.8A output and that only just charges whilst playing ZeldaYep, I'm flying direct. I have an 10000 mah power bank which I purchased 3 years ago. Hopefully that should be enough.

Your plane will probably have outlets you can use.Yep, I'm flying direct. I have an 10000 mah power bank which I purchased 3 years ago. Hopefully that should be enough.
Yeah, Im sure they will as all of them have so far Ive been on long flights.
Just checked my power bank, max output is 5V on 2.1Guess that's not enough?

That will charge while playing no problem. You only need more if you are playing it in docked mode.
It uses 8.9 watts maximum when fully charged, do your research before telling him porkies![]()
Enjoying my switch now I have MK8 and puyo puyo tertiary. Did anyone else get Tetris or just me? lol

I bought Tetris too! Love it! but these online players are humiliating me!
Single player for me too, I don't like losing. Always the Japanese too, talk about stereotyping.
Kreeeee I've tried using my older power brick that was 5V output @ 2.4a and mines did not manage to charge the Switch but did reduce the time it took to lose it's battery life.
It all depends on the game being played at the end of the day as to how effective the charge will be.
My 2.1A battery keeps Zelda fully charged on max brightness.
You might want to test your setup as your device is not providing the amperage it specifies.
