A reddit thread on this also mentions that sound via the headphone jack by default is not so low any more and no doubt why they've now added a way to set a cap on the volume - never noticed it being low myself but for those who like the headphone sound loud it's a nice change.

Some also say the wifi reception seems better now, but that could just be random chance, unless loads more are reporting the same.
I'll test it when I run the 3.0 update tonight, as mine was always around 2/3 bars at best.

The headphone sound is definitely too low at the moment. It's OK generally but on a plane or somewhere with high ambient sound it's just not enough. I'll check it tonight. I'll test the wi-fi as well.

Update also enabled universal use of Pokken Pro Pad it seems.

Wont be an option for games requiring the sticks or ZL, ZR, but nice for a lot 2D games as the d-pad is awesome on it.

Yeah WiFi reading seems improved. I almost consistently have full signal in the next room now, previously I had to be in the same room for a steady max reading and it fluctuated more in the next room.

I'm almost certain the max headphone volume is significantly louder now too.

So I'm using my dock connected into my monitor, audio going 3.5mm into an AMP which is creating an annoying buzzing noise only when docked. I'm going to assume its the transformer, me having a euro pin and going into an adapter. Is there any that works 3pin, but not quite Nintendo prices?

Yeah so I tested the volume with headphones and yeah the increase is significant. Omg ARMS in handheld looks so amazing. I'm still so wowed by this device. It's up there with the best consoles I've ever owned.

Enjoying Arms today. Really got bodied a lot yesterday flitting between Ninjara, Springman and Mummy. However, tried Kid Cobra and he's my cup of tea. Won lots of party matches, got 100 currency and splurged it getting more Arms. Great fun.

Wifi definitely improved :D

Arms is so much fun online!

How is everyone going to be playing splatoon 2? Debating wether or not to get pro controller?

Splatoon will use motion as well but I'll use the controller like always. 4 weeks on Friday!!

So for some MP fun with either ARMS, MK8D or indeed Splatoon 2 down the road add me SW-0821-0273-9913

The screenshot feature on the Switch is so easy to use. Really enjoying taking screenshots in ARMS.
My trouble is hitting the screenshot button accidentally in Arms, at least when using motion controls - makes for some interesting shots. :)

Volume sounds better to me but need to test the Wi-Fi more. Have to agree on Arms in hand-held, had a blast last night and had to stop for a moment to just appreciate how good it looked, sounded and played while portable. :)

So in ARMS, I switched to the gamepad to try it out and I was able to hit the target a lot more, but didn't like the lack of control. Anyone else having trouble just punching straight when using motion controls?
