*** Nintendo Switch ***

Started stardew briefly. Seems to work well. Saving the game takes a really long time compared to other games, hopefully this can be patched.

The controls are ok. The are certainly functional and I think in time I won't have an issue but will take some getting used to!

The fishing mini game is still a bit tough but maybe it gets easier ad the fishing skill levels up

It's strange it doesn't support the touchscreen in some way?

2 hours a day seems impossible?
2 hours a day and being an adult... yes? That's like sparing ALL your other weekday R&R time for Splatoon! It would be like watching a whole film every single day. Not impossible but quite the time commitment. l recall that @Kreeeee doesnt work 5 days a week, sensibly (living the dream), so I'll let him off.... although that is still a hoooge amount of time!

I really don't think it is. I think most adults watch at least 2 hours of TV a night.

EVERY night though? No sports, no music, no socialising? I dunno... although working 9-5 would probably help.

Also, I'd suggest there is more variety to be obtained from watching TV than just playing one game. Each to their own of course - I accrued 70 hours on Zelda fairy quickly so can hardly talk!

Yea it could help I think! Main issue is having to line up the tile in front of you to plant or water. If you could press the screen around your character to use all the tiles around him that would be great. You can bring out a mouse cursor to do this but imo it's a bit janky and feels like it hasn't been fully integrated for the switch

I worked 16 hours a day for the last 2 weeks actually.

I do love the irony on these forums though. No one on here leads a normal life and is in no position to judge others.

I also don't judge people for turning their brain off watching TV instead of spending their time trying to outwit people in a competitive environment. Each to their own.

Edit: breaking my leg meant I didn't go out much

No judging here, gaming is all I do in any free time I have :D by free time I guess I mean when I'm not at work, busy with the partner (not like that ;) or looking after our chap. Once he's in bed and we have nothing to Do, it's game on unless we have a film or show.

Not a sports fan. Have recently started a Lego model though... could be a deep dark path to go down, it's bloody relaxing and fun

I do love the pathetic bickering on these forums though. No one on here leads a normal life and is in no position to judge others.
lol, you have pretty much 'bragged' about you're 'superior lifestyle choices' (i.e. living in Switzerland, working 3 days a week) on here previously, and in the post you quoted I just commended you for it (on the basis that I have chosen perhaps a less sensible lifestyle)... somewhat regretfully, mind, if you are going to be so sensitive about it!

I'm not fussed, it just makes me laugh ;)

Edit: I'm also in a weird mood tonight so probably best to just ignore me :p

Well I played Golf Story for 5 hours today then I played Splatoon then I played Mario Kart now I'm watching TV with my wife. It's been a great day so far! How is that even possible?

Struggling to see why this is so baffling? I have a 7 month old daughter and work a 48 hour week and thats entirely feasible on top of life and other stuff.

Anyone bought Axiom verge? I'm tempted, but the physical edition is out in a few weeks so I'm tempted to wait. It's £10 more for a physical copy but I want it in my library of switch games :D

Yea same, need to find time where you can and tbh the switch is perfect for a little blast here and there between looking after the little one. I wouldn't have finished Zelda by now if it was on a conventional console
