Dat der prep phase. Day 4 here. Did sprints on day 2 and felt le crap from then until now, where I feel like a total boss if I'm honest. From what I've gathered it might have been worth back loading every night if you were including HIIT on off days, but personally would just drop the HIIT and back load as normal.
