Dat der prep phase. Day 4 here. Did sprints on day 2 and felt le crap from then until now, where I feel like a total boss if I'm honest. From what I've gathered it might have been worth back loading every night if you were including HIIT on off days, but personally would just drop the HIIT and back load as normal.

I didn't realise that you were still doing hiit. Considering that your backloads were already fairly small I'm not surprised you felt poo.

Great session today. Squats and bench are feeling right, no niggly twinges or anything. Got a good sweat on and enjoyed it. If I keep it up hopefully I can progress past where I got to earlier in the year.

Feel like I have a lot of energy in the gym to release. All is going well, gone up 2 noblets on bench in a row so here's hoping that big 60 goes well... Although maybe first go is optimistic!
 
Noblets fell like dominoes as the indomitable Nitefly strutted around the gym like the titan of iron and sweat he knows himself to be.

I have been absolutely ravaged by a stag weekend, but still went to the gym like a boss.

Demolished 40kg OHP first go last week... also up to 65kg on bench! :eek:

Got to love eating loads.
 
Had a great noblets session yesterday. Squat was out of bounds having hurt my knee by using it to block a speeding cricket ball.

Think I've gained about 2kg since last on the scales. Have been having some very heavy drinking sessions and binging. Got to cut back so as not to balloon out!

Had to mix it up today due to busy gym time. I absolutely hooned deadlift as I did it before squats. Pleased with my progress!
 
Sporadic updates here!

I have been monstering the gym, aided with eating everything. I hit 65kg on bench and have since started a deload at 55kg to progress. 42.5kg OHP delaoded to 35kg. 60kg rows down to 50kg.

Squats and deadlift still going strong. On 117.5kg for deadlift and a whopping 97.5kg for squats :eek:!!!!

Probably gaining weight a bit too fast but oh well.
