Depends what it was, there might be very little evidence of anything whenever it was reported.

If you were sexually assaulted by someone in your workplace, would you immediately broadcast it and make it known without hesitation? I don’t know what I would end up doing, but I think I’d be a lot more awkward about it than if someone had just punched me in the face.

Without any evidence there's not much of a case. How do you know on only the strength of someone's word that they aren't seeking revenge for being rejected from anything more than whatever 'it' was? Women can be funny about not being in control, the one to decide whether someone is dumped or not.
