Perfect! I hope these are still around when I do my next build

Never said they were bad, just a bit expensive for me. I have the Noiseblocker PK-2's on my rad and i'm very happy with them.
Would getting 5 of the 600RPM models be sufficient cooling for a single GPU build in a 760t, or would I need to up it to the 900/1200 RPM models? Planning to get it as quiet as possible, whilst keeping the black and white look.
I have the PL1 which are a great price and I can't hear them at all, all I can hear is the HDDs and one of them is making the side panel vibrate loudly
Yep 5 fans would be plenty and you won't hear a thing or whisper quiet at most I'd imagine.
My HDDs are the louest things in my PC too, also causes an annoying resonance on my side panel. Going to be modding my HDD cage soon with elastic cord to dampen the vibrations.

Great... Would that still be the case of 2 of the 5 would be strapped to a H110?
I would go for high static pressure fans for a radiator, you can look at the 120mm variant eloop
Static Pressure:
B14-1: 0,330mmH2O
B14-2: 0,652mmH2O
B14-3: 1,570mmH2O
B14-PS: <1,080mmH2O
Decided to go for it an buy a set for my Kraken X42 cooling the GPU.
personally at that price with a 6 year warranty, its not that bad.
