Not losing weight why??

Cutting out junk food, sugary food / drinks and processed food, then replacing them with fresh healthy alternatives without cheating between meals for most people leads to sustained weight loss and better health.

The trick is to eat a full diet and not starve yourself. Also remember you are not a rabbit so a curry etc. now and then is fine. If you combine this with regular exercise even if simply walking the dog twice a day you will be a lot better off.
 
go keto .. 20mg of carbs a day .. which you will get from your veg .. so meat =protein/fish ...fat =energy(less of this till you reach your goal weight ).. broccoli ,cauliflower, onions, peppers, baby sweet corn ,mushrooms there's other low carb veg
I basically eat stir-fry's roast chicken steak everyday .. lost nearly 3 stone 14 down to 11 ..feel great .. I also drink 3-4 ltrs of water a day like you I'm on my feet most of the day (chef)
so at home I do 20-60 mins on a exercise bike ..
