Replacement panel turned up from cooler master this weekend

Massive thanks to @Ron_CM for sorting, it took a long time but I didn't have to do anything Ron sorted it all out and now I can look at my pc without noticing the damage every time!

Will definitely consider cooler master components at the top of my list in the future

What was the story here?

Front panel was damaged on arrival back in August, not physically damaged but like it hadn't been painted properly.

I've not seen many people report the issue so must be pretty rare or I was really unlucky

Arrr got ya. Glad it has finally arrived for you.

I don't think replacement panels would work for me. Mine is like a Cat D write off car. Not confident that the underlying frame is square anymore. The power and reset buttons don't line up with the PCB properly. Just awaiting a reply from OcUK atm.

I decided I couldn't wait last night and transplanted my build into the NR200. I went with:

AMD Ryzen 5900X
Nvidia RTX 3080 Founders Edition
32GB Cricual Ballistix 3600 C16 RGB
Asus X570-I
Corsair SF750W PSU
1TB PCI-E 4.0 NVME
256GB PCI-E 3.0 NVME
1TB SATA SSD
256GB SATA SSD
Sythe Mugen 5 Cooler
Lian Li Uni fans all round (5 total)

Its a bit of a rats nest at the front, even with the reduced cabling from the Lian Li fans. Once I got the 8 pin and 24 pin manged correctly it was getting pretty late so I went with the 'stuff it into a gap' approach and I can't actually see it from where I sit. I'll sort it out when I get round to buying a proper 12 pin cable for the GPU.

There is a small scratch on the corner of my front panel which is just out of shot of the first image. It's not as bad as someone else posted in here but I'll see what CM have to say about it. Overall I am happy with it though.

@b0rn2sk8 this is great! I'm getting my 5900x today and was looking at the mugen 5 in case my H7 quad lumi isn't up to the task. What are you temps with it if you dont mind me asking? My setup is similar since I have my CPU cooler in exhaust orientation so the 3rd fan of my GPU blows warm air up into the CPU cooler path way much like the the FE card does.

CPU gets hot (89c) under an all core load but it’s got an overclock on it. Upping the case fans doesn’t really make any difference so it’s the limit of the cooler.

That's not bad is it? I'm pushing a Ryzen 5 3600 at the moment and it's hitting 75/80 with a full load over all cores. I was getting 95 before I switched to this case, which I suspect it may have throttled at so a huge improvement.

No it’s not bad, especially doing 4.7 all core on air, it’s within spec so nothing to worry about there.

I haven’t bothered fully loading the GPU and cpu at the same time but honestly that just isn’t realistic.

Edit: GPU gets up to about 65-70 when gaming and boosts to over 2000mhz.

Cheers, and yeah you want to get the whole thing swapped there. It's a pain but will be worth it in the end.

Wow, sounds like the courier must have given that an absolute battering :( Fingers crossed you can get a quick replacement.

Just finished my temporary build until I can find a 5600x. Was impressed with the quality and attention to detail in the NR200P!

got a new motherboard and U9S I’m planning to use but right now specs are:

i5 7600k with NH-L12S
Strix Z270-I
16gb Corsair LPX
1tb Samsung 970 Evo nvme
Corsair SF750
Zotac 1660 super

cpu and gpu have both been undervolted and temps are max load of 62c on cpu and 61c on gpu.

hopefully looking to upgrade the 1660 super next year but wanting the cpu first. Overall awesome little case and look forward to upgrading parts in the future! :)

Dang, SF750's are rarer than rare at the moment.

Finally had my NR200p arrive on Saturday, couldn't believe it! Spent today setting it up, main specs as follows:

5800x
3080 FE
Asus B550i
Crucial Ballistix 32GB 3600mhz CL16
Mugen 5 revb RGB
SF750

Currently using the stock fans + a 92mm back fan. Not sure on the back fan. They are intakes. The stock case fans unfortunately rattle a bit at certain RPMs which appears to be common, and so I've got 4 Arctic P12 PWM PST (white) on order, which should help with th noise plus cooling the GPU. It's definitely running a little hotter compared to the open bench previously.

It was a fun build, I took my time to make sure I could get the cable management right. I don't care about the slightly messy top right in the second pic since it doesn't impede airflow nor is visible with the TG panel on.

Surely you’d be better with the CPU as exhaust? Currently the hot air your GPU is pushing out the back is being sucked back in?

Also read somewhere that using the tiny fan isn’t beneficial as it’s flow rates are lower than the CPU fan.

Be interested to know if you’ve tested any other setups.
