Cheers, and yeah you want to get the whole thing swapped there. It's a pain but will be worth it in the end.
Wow, sounds like the courier must have given that an absolute battering :( Fingers crossed you can get a quick replacement.

The bashed case got picked up today for an RMA and I have already got the dispatch email for my replacement order. Rather surprised it was so soon given the availability, but I am happy. Hopefully it arrives in one piece this time :)

That's great news! Do they keep stock back in case of RMAs or something I wonder!?

In the meantime i managed to get a 3080, add some bottom intake noctuas and they keep gpu cool maxing 60c in timespy which is amazing. But then i also replaced my stock cooler, which along with a custom fan curve was very silent (cpu maxing at 70-75 but very silent), with new noctua nh-u9s chromax black and i feel like the temps are kinda worse and i also have a feeling that some vibration sound is coming from this A9 fan.
My question is , would another A9 fan help and make a significant difference. If yes, what would be the best orientation for push & pull ? Never did one before. One fan intake and another fan exhaust or both blowing to the back of the case?
Current setup is 2x Noctua A12x25 pwm intake at the bottom, 2 at the top exhausting and 1xa9 on the cooler itself.

This is how it looks right now:

Very similar to my CPU temps then. That’s good to know.

How did you attach the fans to the bottom of the case? Unless I was being an idiot I didn’t see an obvious place to screw them.

For bottom fans you just remove the magnet thingy and screw it through those vents and put the magnet thingy back.

I need some help/hints for cpu cooler, some people on reddit mentioned i should just flip the cooler and have this current fan intake. But i don't understand what's different in flipping the whole cooler itself compared to just reattaching the fan on the back and make it intake?

Ive got my CPU fan setup the same as yours. I’m happy enough with the temperatures so I’ve got no plans to change it.

For anyone interested Scythe are releasing a Mugen 5 "Black" not Black Edition (RGB Version) Just "Black"

The cooler is all black inc the heat pipe caps so it doesn't look like a gimp mask anymore and it will come with all black fan which will now be 1500rpm rather than 1200rpm

I'll be sticking with my Big Shuriken but I'm interested in their new line of all black fans when they get released
That is good to know. I wanted an all black version of the Mugen 5, not that black top plate only model. Part of running an aircooler for me is the look of it with the TG panel...want a clean looking chunk of metal in there...haha.

A 120mm fan doesn’t fit above the IO shield and the top of the case. A lot of coolers are ‘off set’ so the radiator isn’t directly above the CPU. This helps with ram clearance on the other side. You may struggle to fit a 120mm fan between taller ram and the glass.

How are you finding the Big Shuriken? Debating between that and the Mugen 5
