Just in case ! anyone is sat with there NR200P thinking no point upgrading to a bigger gpu as it might not fit, there’s always room :)

NEW BUILD Day! as above I am not shy to cramming in PC parts where they shouldnt fit, however that was nearly 2 years ago, and think i may have bitten off more than i can chew today , Shout out to Overclockers for the delivery of my 9070XT Nitro+ at 09:30 this morning,
I did go to a Lian LI O11 mini after my last NR200 build, and although it was nice to have the room to build in, I really missed the SFF community and the thermals you get from this case for its size is extraordinary, ;)

I wish we had some kind of wooden front panels for it.
I saw some people print front frame and add wooden pieces, but it would be nice if CM produced some artsy panels for this case.

Anyone ever had to order/find more main board stand offs ?
Think one of mine is rounded out, they dont come with any spares so need to source some

Scrub that ! The motherboard genie tighten it overnight, they all tight now lol

Hi, nice build! Same hardware I'm considering. Does the lack of PCIe 5.0 riser make any difference to gaming? I see Hardware Unboxed says there’s no difference at all

Thanks, not sure exactly what you mean ?, that case is the original NR200 not the one with the riser, ive never had a case with a riser, so wouldn’t know what the difference is in having one ?
I cant imagine it would be any better having one, so im gonna guess you think mines the one with a riser :) ,
Its built now, was quite easy, the new freezers are slightly slimmer(fans are not as thick) but i had to leave the to removable frame pieces on one side till last to fit,
Getting around 45-55c on the gpu and 45 -77c on the cpu with fine bench 2024 and timespy, have top fans and radiator fans as exhaust, might switch the rad fans to intake and have them on the outside as with my original build as that def ran cooler but not unhappy with the setup so far

Just wondering if anyone else is running a 7800X3D watercooled in an NR200, and what temps you get ?
I have the AIO fans on inside set to exhaust,. Same as top fans, and graphics card is sat at the bottom doing its own thing !
CPU idles around 45c and gpu 40c
When i run cinebench 2024 the cpu temp max’s out at 78c, when i run 3D benchmark the cpu hits around 70c, the gpu seems to max out around 65c in any situation

I dont think im getting close to any throttling but would like the cpu temp down a bit, in my AM4 build i had lower cpu temps but the AIO fans where on the outside pulling air in, and i had 2 af15 noctua fans at the bottom pulling air up into the GPU,

But with this current build no room for below fans and if i change AIO fans to pulling air in, im aware I could disrupt air flow over the gpu and get higher temps,
Im probably over thinking it, but just wonder what other peeps temps are like ?
Gpu is 9070XT nitro +
