The point was aimed at jokester commenting on a brother and sister seeing each other naked, not the ******* system we have where violence is fine but not wearing clothes is an abomination...

The UK government not punishing people who do so harshly enough has nothing to do with Malaysia. Nor does it mean you can act the same when you go abroad. A three day jail sentence and a fine is a slap on the wrist, she'll think twice before she does anything like that abroad again. Same for the others who were charged.
