I'm all good on the old drivers. I'll wait for official release.

dumb question are these specific to the 680?
what do you mean that depends on what h/w you use?
Frames, Time (ms), Min, Max, Avg
7658, 81510, 54, 146, 93.952
Done with a small overclock on BF3 Operation swordbreaker (as per the link LtMatt used)
+122 core +420 mem
Didn't feel any smoother![]()
So far it looks like the performance increase is applicable to the 680, hope that's wrong because if true it's a very bad trick to play.
Need someone with a 680 to test bf3 and someone with a 670, to see if this 16% increase is across all cards or just the 680, it does not apply to 480's that's for sure.
670 here and performance is down a bit in bf3. Ill probably just roll back to the previous whql set i was using. So far it looks like the performance increase is applicable to the 680, hope that's wrong because if true it's a very bad trick to play.

I hope it's not nvidias time for bad drivers while amd storm ahead.
•Performance Boost – Increases performance for GeForce 400/500/600 Series GPUs in several PC games vs. GeForce 306.97 WHQL drivers. Results will vary depending on your GPU and system configuration:
The 310.33 drivers caused me issues, everything seems fine with the WHQL's so might pass on these.

No crashes with bf3, but a strange issue where im still capped to 59fps in bf3, despite having vsync off in driver and game menu, no frame limit set in afterburner osd either.

I think it's good nvidia get's a kick in the ballsack as it will benefit everyone. From what I understand they dominated last generation with GTX580 single card wise. It's great to see that AMD stepped up their game.
And yes this comes from a guy that's about to buy a 670/680![]()
