NVIDIA 4000 Series

I hope so. Very nearly bought a 4090 during yesterdays drop but ideally wanting a 4080 FE to slap a water block on.

Feel like it should be priced around £1k.
If they do drop it (history says not) it will be 1000-1100. So depends what your price point was.

It's nearly a grand for 12GB and is already vram limited in spiderman. What's with the 4070ti shilling, you are worse than Rich over at DF. it's obviously **** at its msrp.
It's not vram limited in spiderman. In fact if you would've checked the data from the outlet you pulled the quote from you'd know that. So go ahead, show me a frametime graph so we can all see this vram limitation. The only thing I shill is the truth. ;)
If this was the usual 70 tier pricing £469 ? I would be recommending this for 1440p and would be really good deal , sadly it isn't
Unfortunately those prices don't exist anymore. Some are even waiting since they saw Turing prices and also got outraged at them then, and yet the prices are only increasing. Sure, people can wait forever if they want to, but it seems pointless to me.

I'll probably think of upgrading in few years anyway and see where we are 3080 @1440p should keep me going fine

I'll probably just end up buying used if the trend continues I don't need the latest and greatest to have good experience

Retailers ultimately choose what they peddle from their shelves, it's been that way for thousands of years. So they are responsible for either bringing quality and value to their customers, or trying to peddle products that are neither fair, ethical and certainly not value for money. OCUK choose to peddle Nvidias ****, its on them just as much as the manufacuturer.
What graphics card should they sell then?

Why would OCUK or any other PC hardware retailer choose to not sell Nvidia GPU's? What planet are you on?

Jesus holy mother of Christ save our souls! £999 for the Asus 4070ti, 70(60) class card for a thousand! I hope people aren't actually buying these .

it is selling actually very well, but browsing competitors it seems listed at £1049 elsewhere so probably explains why were doing so many of them......
