As I mentioned elsewhere, the GTX will fit in a wavemaster with just under an inch to spare. You won't fit a hard drive in the bay infront of it however.

There may be a problem with the width of the case, as the power supply cables to the GTX leave the card from the top, and you may struggle to get the side of the case on.

so what if you hav 3 hdds in a pc-7+, will it fit?

well -I-Am-Great- that depends on the mother board your using as some sata
slots get in the way of where the card goes

also if the hsf on the 8800 goes to the end of the card, if it does then no u could only use 2 hds then

i have a wavemsater all i can say is if u get one, dont expect it to cool. at all.

The armor can take eATX cases to it will be fine. Plenty of room.
I would imagine you'l have about as much room as the Eclipse, which is ~2inchs.

The Armor is exactly the same as this Kandalf.

To before, not sure on the shark anymore. When I saw one it was large but I cant confirm it will fit.

Tosk, as I said, it supports eATX motherboards, that are very deep. So it will take a G80 no problem

This is an excellent idea, and wish I had looked here before purchasing my new Soprano a few hours ago. Yup got the PS in, the mobo with CPU and DRAM , even HDD and DVD. Final item was GTX880 before the cabling, and some very very bad words later ....

@ Tosk, love the list. Any chance of adding a second category of confirmed non-events ? (with Thermaltake Soprano at the top!!)

Thermaltake Aquila - does not look like it (visual measurement only - ie held card up at empty case and it looks like it will be 1 cm short.)
Thermaltake Tsunami Dream - according to a local sales guy has the same internal dimensions as the Soprano, so it's a no then as well.
Antec P180 - is looking good for a yes.
