** NVIDIA BIG LAST PUSH (CRAZY SALE): INSANE PRICES ON 780Ti, 780, 770 & 760!! **

We've come to a very nice arrangement with them, lots of 9xx series cards in stock and crazy deals on 7xx series. Plus the guy in charge of the UK is a good friend of mine back in the good old Leadtek days. :)

Ah leadtek, thats a brand of GPU I miss. Use to only buy Leadtek in the early 2000s!

Good job, my first graphics card was a Zotac 550Ti so I have a fondness for their cards.

I assume Zethor meant more from the acoustics and cooling point of view. The KFA2 card looks tempting but the cooler design may be fine (repackaged reference design) or could be naff like the original 670 blower.

The stock coolers on the 780 cards are extremely quiet, even under load. Think he'd be pleasantly surprised by them as Im really sensitive to noise and prefer watercooling gpus for the acoustic benefit only, but the reference cooler, even in SLI, is very quiet.

It's the titan cooler with a different shroud. Performs exactly the same.

How does a 780 compare to a 280X?

EDIT : Actually after checking I think I prefer the 970
