I think it's going to be somewhere inbetween, hopefully the 600-650 starting mark.

^ if it is then I won't bother! After selling my 980s and paying the difference for TIs probably around 200-250 each for the pair for just an extra 2gb and a little performance boost doesn't seem worth to me. If that's the case, I'm gonna pass.

I disagree, they would possibly not gain any market share, but they wouldnt have lost much if any had they had answers to Nvidia's cards, dont you think ?

Short term maybe but not a very good long term plan.

The massive losses didn't come from their current cards being bad. In fact only the Titan X gives a noticeable difference over a 290x. Run a 980 and 290x side by side most people wouldn't know the difference.

The GTX 980 Ti reviews should be up before computer expo in Taipei. First review samples were already sent out, and we should be seeing more leaks in the coming days. We have been told that reviews might be posted next week. NVIDIA is allegedly planning a launch of SHIELD TV console on May 28th, so perhaps we will see 980 Ti at the same day?

That's quite a card, With an overclock it jumps over the Tx by quite a chunk. Now it's got me wondering why they're pushing it out the door before Fiji releases, Is it slower?
