Starting to see rumors saying AMD will release cards at computex also, they need to i think as nvidia cards will be selling quick if they wait.

I don't know, everyone knows that Fiji is coming out in a couple weeks and they would be nuts not to wait. As someone said in the 390x thread, the only people buying the 980ti on launch would have bought it regardless.

Will the 980ti have a dodgy memory confit like the 970?

Also, anyone else think that 6gb for 4k would become a limit before grunt?

E.g. I know two of these would max dragon age inquisition, but that games can chew 6gb+ when maxed.

I fancy an upgrade from my original Titan, I use surround so its 5760x1080, does the 12Gb RAM on the TX give me anything worthwhile or could I just stick with the 980Ti?

It will be teamed up with a 4.6Ghz Haswell.

Thanks for any advice.

Regards
Fred

For current games 6GB is enough, depends on how long you intend on keeping the card/ if you will upgrade monitors. If you are keeping it until next gen the 980Ti if longer then id go Titan X if you can afford it lol.

I'm just waiting on someone to give me a solution which will allow me to game on a 34" 3440x1440 21:9 screen, preferably on a single card to replace my 2x7970s...

Hmmm... Sli 980TIs...
