*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

I'm 50th, ordered the non OC Trinity at 15:12 on the 17th of September.

I've not bothered OCUK about it as I know it'll be here when it's here but would love it as soon as possible. Good luck to those waiting.

Hey guys,

My friend is looking to pre-order the Gigabyte Auros Master. Has anyone ordered recently and able to give their queue position so I can give him an idea of the queue position he may be? Cheers in advance.

Thank you for your pre-order for the Gigabyte GeForce RTX 3080 Gaming OC 10GB GDDR6X PCI-Express Graphics Card.

You are currently in queue position 284.

Haven't really heard anything on restocking on these, anyone have news? if they are coming in quickly?

I have spent countless hours ordering this card and trying to sort the problems with the order out. By the looks I have plenty more hours of writing messages and queuing on the phone. If you add to that the amount of stress and hassle you endure trying to solve a problem with a company who don't want to even look at the problem as well as an 18 year old who feels pretty let down by his dad, it isn't worth it to me. Paying a couple of hundred premium to a scalper would have been far better than this.

It really was a simple thing to solve. There was no need for me to have this hassle and stress and no need for me to continue to jump through hoops in order to attempt to find out what has gone wrong. Fact is they clearly don't care if I don't buy from them because they have thousands waiting so why not treat me with contempt? I don't need to say it, it should be pretty obvious that I won't buy from them again if they treat me like something that they scraped off the bottom of their shoes. But again, why would they be bothered about the paltry 15k per year I spend on tech for my business and family and whether they get a share of that going forward?

Quite simply I am at the end of my tether with this and it ends on Monday. I am a busy person and cannot afford the lost time and stress that OC are causing.
Oh, I hear you!
Hopefully you get an apology and they can provide you with the information and sort out the issue.
I run my own business and customer service is a priority to me. I was fuming last week, but I have calmed down.
I'm assuming the system and the staff levels are not geared up for the level of sales they received and they have been picking up the pieces ever since, whilst maintaining service for all their other products.
The 3080 launch is just a small percentage of the business. In hindsight, I'm sure they would have made some adjustments prior to launch.
Do I think they should still be taking pre-orders? No, but maybe @Gibbo has a plan to secure enough stock to fulfil our orders as quickly as possible.

Short of hunting through the thread I'm not sure you'll get a useful answer, and maybe not even then (it's one of the reasons I want people to submit their data. If you have a 30 Series Queue Position and read this please fill the form in my signature in!).

A search on just this topic suggests it was one of the less popular ones, I see a report of an order on the 25th which placed at 146, which is pretty good. And the rate of sales hasn't been all that high since the first few days. My utter guess would be 200-250 now, and I'm being deliberately pessimistic.

Of course, it still depends on delivery rate, but I suspect 200 Aorus Masters will turn up long before the 1500-2000 Asus TUF and MSI Trios do.

Have you got anything to submit data, I'm happy to contribute mine?

That plan seems to consist of badly written updates and letting the moderators fight all the fires for him. They've done an excellent job engaging with people who just wanted to know something, especially given how little they've had to go on themselves.

What was the issue with the order, out of curiosity?

Might be nice to have a list of the cards / manufacturers which have never shipped anything into stock as yet, and an eta for when they might be expected. Many of the preorders had dates on them so OC must have some idea when the first shippments might land with them, even if they are only guesstimates.

@Lastof submitted my data, I don't get how I'm 168th for a zotac when I ordered on 25th and another guy ordered on 28th and he's 20 somtehing in the queue? Lol don't get how they worked out the positions still

I see. I emailed them last week and they said that there will be Palit cards reaching UK soil this week so I had this false sense of hope all week until yesterday haha. I wonder if this graphics card will arrive before my Quest 2.

I'm hoping we'll have our cards in the next 2 weeks, and the cryptic message from the mod suggesting there will be an update next week gives me confidence that larger amounts of stock are coming in.

Hoping that we get a code for Watch Dogs legion still, since the GPU price was inflated it helps justify that a bit more. And they should really extend the cut off point for the offer as the vast majority have no chance on claiming it before then.

I'm 150 for the 3080 master
