Nope, ASUS are quiet and there’s nothing listed in the updates thread. Going purely off of what’s listed in there, anyone would think that ASUS are only producing the TUF OC. I imagine they aren’t, of course! But the complete silence is kind of annoying.
waiting on PNY cos I'm 3rd rnhopefully a delivery of PNY's next week, as others have delivery for 7th-9th, only need 20 cards and it clear the queue. on info on zotac or palit
im 3rd and the customer service said its unlikely to arrive next weekI'm predicting i get a card shipped Monday or Tuesday
I'm in the pny queue no 4.
PNY GeForce RTX 3080 XLR8 Gaming
I am 9th while ordering on the 1.10., hopefully this gamble on an unpopular brand pays off and it won't take them months to get few cards. One good thing is that we know that there have been PNY 3080 deliveries into the UK, just no info on OCUKwaiting on PNY cos I'm 3rd rn
Yeah, I have some of the US and even some EU ones in later update delaying dates with "material shortages". Obviously this week is a national holiday in china so that may even knock it on further. Whilst ASUS do have some factories outside china if they are waiting on supplies for anything produced in china it could halt the production. In a discord server the owner of a shop was sharing his ETAs from his distributor, ASI, and it showed ETA for Strix to be 10/16 at the earliest. (Although this is US info)
PhewTotal hat number!
In the next few weeks as additional queue emails are sent out, we'll start to get some real data points.
Yeah there's been next to nothing said about any Gigabyte shipments at allThe lack of concerted updates from Gigabyte concerns me. Most other AIB's have seen some, if only a little movement, in shipments.
As far as I can tell, Gigabyte hasn't sent anything further to OcUK since their initial allotment (assuming they had any, because I have not seen anyone with an Eagle or Gaming OC from OcUK, although I may have missed them).
Being number 508 in the Q for an Eagle makes me think I will not see the card this year unless there are some hefty shipments on their way.
As they say, Hope springs eternal!
I'd be skeptical about the chance of getting either console on release day personally. PS5 chip yields are reportedly much lower than expected at 50%. I think they are going to be as hard to get as an Nvidia card in the near future.I'm actually thinking of cancelling pre-order and buying a ps5, that's how bad it's getting. I just want to play Cyberpunk with raytracing when it comes out.
Amazon UK are **** poor for stocking decent computer components. They rarely seem to stock anything much, they just aren't in this business (yet).Amazon UK will get all the stock anyway. Little retailers like scan and OC wont get more than 300-500 cards this year.

Yep! I’m position 487 for a regular TUF.Oh God, position 123 for regular tuf 3080 here.
That seems to follow the posts stating that they are focusing on OC models first. Damn it’s not looking good.I've seen some hints of information on the ASUS PC DIY Group facebook thread and on the German ROG ASUS group to suggest OC 3080 Strix cards are coming, with a couple of people stating next week.
Only just noticed that I got an email!
I am 34 in queue for the INNO3D TWIN X2 OC 3080, I am really happy about this because hopefully when they receive shipments of this card it will be more than 34 at once so I will receive the first batch this October! Let’s just hope they send more than 34 cards per batchdo you think this is possible?
Yeah, but we know that there are deliveries of their cards into the UK and its not like they have to deliver hundreds or thousands like asus or MSIpny is another American company and they give prio to USA customer first![]()
I think there is a decent possibility that would be the case. Inno3D has said their cards were on the way to the UK already at least a week ago. Being we haven't seen them yet, they might be a bulk shipment being sent via boat. I saw that Germany received some last week, but I think they may have been air-mailed. We might have a week or two of wait left, but hopefully we'll see a larger fulfillment.
