Hoping that we get a code for Watch Dogs legion still, since the GPU price was inflated it helps justify that a bit more. And they should really extend the cut off point for the offer as the vast majority have no chance on claiming it before then.

Yes,it was some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. His answer was, maybe you will get an email next week when stock changes. If I didn't get one this week, its unlikely that that will change next week unless someone solves the problem. He was clearly pretty stressed before I even began to tell him what the problem was and was very aggressive.

Waiting in a queue isn't a problem for me. Waiting, not even knowing whether I am in a queue and suspecting that I am not, is a problem and not something I am willing to do.

I will call them on Monday and if are still unwilling to help I will reluctantly have to cancel my order. The card is for my son's 18th Birthday which was the 28th. With all of the time I am wasting trying to sort this out so far and the time I will inevitably spend going forward, as well as the stress, it would be cheaper for me just to buy from a scalper or wait for AMD launch and buy from elsewhere.

Queue position 50, would be less if my card didn't decline the first purchase for security reasons.

Hi Guys, I am so sorry that our launch yesterday was a disaster. From a business perspective, yes we wanted to sell more cards, but also from a love to community perspective, our original intention was hoping to let our fans knows first hand information when and where they could have access to our products that they have been waiting for. PS : what is a good launch qty from you guys perspective ? And what if we simply don’t have enough qty in the beginning, do you guys still prefer us notifying community about the launch ? We have another launch coming up in a week and it’s too late for us to pull it out now, the first batch launch qty is 200pcs."

They opened up with 190 cards! Jesus! Goes to show how late they started production......
Their next launch having 200 will also be gone in 20 seconds.

Yeah, I know exactly how you feel!
If you remember how stressed out this thread was over the last 2 weeks, most of us were in the same boat. It's much calmer now that 'most' of us have received a position.
Mine is worse than your position, as I went for the Trio and I'm down in the 700's.
I'm sure customer service will be less stressed next week, so hopefully you will get a good response.
Whatever you do, don't buy from a scalper! They are a large cause of this problem. The only way I would buy from them is if I could pick it up in person and give them a slap!
