*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

50 days since ordering my Zotac Amp Extreme and haven't heard a single thing from OCUK about an expected delivery date or any sort of stock information.

@Gibbo what is going on.
It’s not due for release in Malaysia (where it releases first until December and it will likely be in the uk around January but ocuk won’t likely have them for a while after that to be honest.

I’m 21 in the queue for the amp holo it was released in Malaysia last week the u.s this week I expect uk/Europe next week then ocuk by end of the month

Needed and entire rig. And had a 3080 TUF non OC ordered here.
Since the TUF non oc is basically non existent I looked into a few competitors.
I cancelled my card here.
And now I have a prebuilt rig arriving next week with a 3080 inside already from this competitor.
Definitely paid a little bit more on a prebuilt rather than doing it myself but, tbh I rather have a pc next week and enjoy it instead of waiting for months to get this 3080. (If it even comes in months)
Was originally planning on waiting until black Friday to get some better deals on the rest of the pc components and build it myself.
They also informed me they have more stock in 3080 too ready to go into pre-builds.

who is saying that?
Sorry I had a cat on my lap and was unable to type anything!

@Bazz Suggesting that customers of ours cancel their orders and go elsewhere comes under our definition of promoting competitors. The rules were there when you joined and you agreed to them to join this server. I am only warning and reminding you of the rules. Repetitive rule breaking will result in a ban

Believe is was 'selador' who said this.

Wouldn't be a thing if they were actually procuring stock and shipping it. It is their fault not ours.

With the Eagle now being produced with the fixed connector, can we expect Eagle shipments to ramp up to the Gaming version numbers? Wish I had got the Gaming version now but the Eagle had an ETA of the 23rd of September! Eagle is the most popular due to the MSRP price so was hoping to see it produced in the largest quantities.

Definitely a size increase over my old Gigabyte Gaming 1070, when i bought this card i thought it was massive, the 3080 really does put it in its place. it almost took 2 months but im happy its finally here. Thanks OCuk!

Is it just me, or are the numbers not adding up? Looking at @Gibbo's update today, some info gathered from Discord yesterday about deliveries, we seem to be short, especially on Gaming OC's.

It's because the OC gaming is used in their pre-builds so a lot of cards will not be shipped, so they are holding the stock for their pre-builds while we can sit in the queue and they can keep sellling their PC's, wish I had gone for another brand. Can't blame them their business needs to go on also.

@GIGA-Man give us some exact numbers so we can atleast have an idea when we expect our cards as something is not adding up here... especially the 3080 OC gaming.

Honestly I was 19th for the Xtreme and canceled today, you ain't getting anything from OC, something fishy smells around here cards are being shipped from the manufactures and oddly not going to customers. I actually feel so much relief not having the dam card in OC queue system, the relief is weird..

You can use any number of tools to secure any card at this point if you want a 3080 in the next few days, with Ampere doesn't mater what AIB just go cheap they don't Overclock well enough to be worth the money.
Personally going to get a 6800XT from any supplier other than OC, just read around the forums, make an informed choice, when I spoke to the customer service rep at OC today he said they don't know when the cards are coming and sounded like it was an absolute chore to take my call, the dude didn't give a fig! And yet Allegedly OC took delivery of Xtremes yesterday, and this customer service dude told me they haven't taken delivery and weren't expecting any, so I canceled.

Bottom line the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing, but as well all know the right had gets up to naughty things ;-) honestly OC are not being straight up somewhere, just to many things aren't adding up anymore in variouse lines and products, queue systems numbers and deliveries and cards not shipping and their customer service is the worst I ever experienced.

Yeah he said that to me. It’s ridiculous tbh and only makes ocuk look bad. I was going to stick around and ask him some awkward questions but thought better of it and just left instead :D

Would have thought a 1000+ cards of each type of card= to be no problem from each supplier wtf is the crack, this is a joke. 2 months bar a week is taking the complete **** now. If i cancel i get charged 30 quid from finance company as its past the 14 days come on. Iam sure others are in this ideal crap pile. ps i waiting on a eagle :eek::confused::o

Feel like I've got to voice myself at this point. I ordered my 3080 Eagle on 17/09/2020 at 14:36 BST, 36 minutes after orders went live and it is now currently 12/11/2020 00:28 GMT at the time of writing, which is 55 days, 11 hours, 9 minutes and 41 seconds. My fury has never been greater. I was given the first que position email on 02/10/2020 13:19 BST which was position 89. It has been approximately 40 days, 11 hours, 12 minutes and 20 seconds since I received that email saying I was at que position 89. At 06/11/2020 at 17:30 GMT, approximately 5 days, 7 hours, 2 minutes and 56 seconds from the time of writing this, I recieved a email saying I'm in que position 38. Meaning it has taken approximately 35 days, 4 hours, 11 minutes and 0 seconds as of the writing of the message, to shift 51 Eagles. Which is about 1.45 Eagles a day. I have had friends who have ordered 3070s and have recieved them before me. I understand that there was issues with the Eagles and the power connnector, but this is just unbelievable. The news on the Eagles is few and far between, when we do get updates they are very vague and clear up nothing. There is no confirmation of the Eagle stock arriving on site or when it is being despatched from site. We just see messages like "We are getting stock in the high teens at the end of this week" then we hear nothing of their arrival or despatch. I've paid, as well as a lot of other people have paid, £660+ on these cards so I think the customer service needs to match the cost of what we have paid, especially since the money has already been taken from our bank accounts. I understand that it is potentially difficult to get stock or there are potentially other varibles at play. But what I don't understand is the complete lack of communication and vaguery, which again, when being sat on £660 of my money, I find totally unacceptable. I was reading this thread and someone appropriately described their feelings as "Anguish" @Ju2ef . Couldn't agree more.

Unfortunately this falls on deaf ears. I gave up on my eagle and managed to get a 3080 elsewhere the next day. I paid £50 ish more but I’ve had it nearly a month now and if I’d stayed in the eagle queue I’d be waiting till next year so the extra cost for the extra playtime was worthwhile :)

Thats unbelievable. Well congrads on getting your card anyway. I recently purchased a Samsung 32:9 5120x1440 Monitor during Lockdown 1.0 and as much as I love it I can't even play Skyrim above 50fps on it. So I'm in dire need of a upgrade from my 1080GTX. Its not Lockdown 2.0 and I'm in pain without my Eagle!
