Actually so surprised I dropped to from 55 to 4 this week. We had 15 Ventus cards come in last week and it was what dropped me to 55.

I'm actually excited after all the feels of this wait.

Correct my nr 33 in the queue I received today and is in my system (smooth as butter and quiet as a mouse) and the mrs card went from 42 to position 3 in the queue. Can't take that long for those the arrive.

The really nice thing about all of this is that we are actually seeing people who have been waiting, getting their cards.
I am really pleased for you guys because not only did you get your cards which is a happy day, you beat the scalpers :)

So for the last 2 weeks dropped by 105. Should get mine early in the New Yr after a slight slowdon at Xmas, or maybe just before if people jump ship to AMD....

This is rally super-duper-pooper simple. OCUK are offering a service. That service is completely voluntary. Some people want that service because it's the best shot they have at getting a card as quickly as possible.

You can wax lyrical about their ebil motives for doing it all you like, it doesn't matter. Some people WANT queues, OCUK are fulfilling a desired service by offering queues.

You do NOT speak for everyone here when you moan about queues, some people are glad the queues exist.



A year is hyperbolic. Loads of people have savings that exceed £700 and can quite happily have that money tied up and it's literally zero problem what so ever. By choosing to live so close to being broke with such little savings as possible is a choice you make and when you make that you restrict your ability to purchase things, that's your problem not mine.

The fact that the queues are 1000s' of people long should be good evidence that people want queues. If there was a better deal elsewhere people would take their money elsewhere.

I expected nothing less from someone white knighting for OCUK.
 
EVGA finally releasing stock and its only for XC3 Ultra and the FTW...... How is the FTW which was released after the initial cards getting stock before other EVGA cards?! im sadly in the XC3 Black queue

EVGA prioritising ultras as it makes them more money. Them, like Asus have screwed the XC3 customers royally. Hopefully we can expect some more shipements but I've spoke with customers from another big UK retailer and they said the XC3 queues have barely moved compared to the ultras.
 
I pre-ordered Zotac 3080 AMP Holo 1-2 months ago, but there is still no information about this card, it was already released in US , Malaysia and other countries. Could I get any light in this situation? When you will receive these cards?
