*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

Thanks, I actually left the phone ringing and after half an hour got through and cancelled in the end. Interesting, the guy asked if I had used the cancelation form as if I should know about it. If I hadn't read this thread quite a bit in the early days I would have had absolutely no idea about it. I can't find any mention of it on their website and if you do a search on 'cancel' or 'cancelation' on the website you get nothing. The website doesn't give an email address but makes it very clear that the the best way to contact OC is via webnotes. When I mentioned I sent them a webnote the guy just said 'oh we're quite behind on those' giving the me the impression that they don't bother looking at those anymore because there are just too many!

on the main page, if you'll click on Nvidia RTX 30 series status (it has orange dot/amber traffic light next to it) you can find a cancellation form on the bottom of the page

The main competitor has 540 cards coming next week from asus evga and zotac! Ocuk pull your finger out this is getting beyond a joke

Don't expect that from OCUK! Their status updates look A LOT precise, organised and professional with actual dates.. Instead of "small very small dream" on a community forum! Now some people would be defending OcUK for no reason but facts speak for themselves!

Gigabyte RTX 3080 Vision OC delivered today, replaced my Gigabyte 2070, now bring me Cyberpunk!!
Turn that radiator around. Pipes should always be at the bottom. https://youtu.be/BbGomv195sk

Eugh. Its fine generally. Bin using AIOs like that in tight chassis for years. Never an issue realistically the life time of the unit affected will be minimal. Plus putting pipes 5o the bottom Riding the graphic card is neither aesthetically pleasing nor a great solution in its self.

Yep I never ordering again from here and ocuk’s Price gouging on there pre-orders for ryzen and rtx 3000 is disgusting and not defendable

Well done everyone that battered Asus into releasing that statement on twitter!

Comes to something when you literally have to spam all of their posts in order to get them to talk to you!

Took them long enough. Spent too long with their heads in the sand, deleting threads on their community forums. Damage is done now.

Moved up four whole places in the Strix non-OC queue. So that 'Very Small' (max 10) order they received was four boards maximum, though probably less because I imagine people ahead of me cancelled. This is why we need @Gibbo to publish some actual numbers to restore confidence. Competitors are implying that they're shipping dozens.

KFA2 3080
11/10 - Ordered.
14/10 - position 26
23/10 - position 24
30/10 - position 19
6/11 - position 18
13/11 - position 16

At this rate i'll be number one before we see any Kfa '80s.

Today I finally hit triple digits! queue position 941 for an Asus Tuf OC, not sure I'll be sticking with the order for long though as I have my eye on the Asus 3080 EKWB Card but still can't complain considering I was in queue position 1878 for the Asus Tuf Non OC when I first ordered.

I think I'm just going to buy the next card that pops up, I missed a Gigabyte OC & Eagle today by messing around/taking too long. Unfortunately I've got the FE pricing in my head, and am basing everything off that. If at launch the 3070's were £600 & the 3080's £800 I'd have taken that, based on their performance, but when I see the Strix at £850 all I think is "the FE is £200 less", I'm letting the almost non-existent FE cards determine what is/is not value, rather than being subjective.

I'm out. Asus TUF OC position 189. Glad to be off this merry-go-round. This has been a **** show and regardless of whether you think its all Nvidia's fault or not, certain resellers have also played their part in making a poor situation unbearably worse. The fanboys will continue to argue to the contrary, but in the the court of common opinion, the jury is already decided. They may be hoping that we've all got short memories, but from this customers perspective, the copybook is blotted and will never be made clean.
