Yeah we ordered from the wrong company and they have no excuses for ignoring customers who have paid themAbsolutely love another week of awful communication from the joke of a guy who runs this company. 2 months has passed, we understand that shipments aren't arriving everyday but it would be nice if we received some sort of information every few days. Other competitors (you know who i mean) are making OCUK look like an absolute joke by providing information to their customer.
I am a student that has saved up for over a year for a new GPU and I managed to get one (i mean pay for one) just an hour after release, I study game development and need the card for my work... I have been waiting patiently and not complaining but come one this is ridiculous, others have had the opportunity to cancel with OCUK and go with other competitors but people like me simply don't have the money and are left sat in the dark.
This will be the last purchase I make with this company. Many people have been complaining and they have simply been ignored, they're making no attempts to better the situation.
