I dont see why they are moaning above. Are you people totally daft? The delays are from NVidia not OCUK. if the cards were in stock you would get them tommorow. I had the same issue with my CPU from **** systems. 3 month wait. It wasnt the fault of **** systems but intel.

Get your heads in order ffs.


Really - you dont understand why people are getting agreived about the treatment and complete lack of common customer courtesy that OC are showing. Its a shambles - yes its partly NV making but other companies are in the same boat and are dealing with it a lot better. You can bet there would be far more agrieved comments here if it not for the threat of a ban being dangled over members heads. OC should relax their competitor rules at this time as it would be good for the members here if they could be freely pointed in a direction of a store that had stock. I understand the rule but at this point OC cant supply so what harm is there in some members getting cards elsewhere if they can. Its unlikly to effect OC as we are talking about a coupe of lost card sales if that. I was quite happy to get a ban a few days ago when i dropped a veiled link to a competitor having RTX3090 in stock and some members were able to get them so it worked out well in the end.

Where is this kind of information for loyal OCUK customers?

And THIS is exactly the point most us have been making, most of our irritation comes from the total lack of effort to engage with the thousands of customers that have paid £££ up front but aren't getting any updates.

People confirmed (in this very forum) that they received Gigabyte Gaming OC yet nobody got the email. Can you stop saying things as if they were facts when you have no idea if they actually are?

To be honest I'm not sure I actually saw anyone confirm a Gaming OC shipping. 5th and 8th in the queue confirmed their's hadn't, and I'm still not convinced any Gaming OC actually left the warehouse last week.

The Zotac OCs however definately shipped with out a queue update (or a post by Gibbo)
 
Wrong. The cards received are without packaging and for pre-builds, so they are a separate product
I don't believe this for a second. Using terms like "small" "large" for quantities is no doubt so people cannot collude and work out how many cards are being put into the pre-builds.

While unlikely illegal, the sort of business practice to this sort of scale is really going to damage OCUK's reputation. If anything they should be offering people the option to take OEM cards to clear the backlog. Not the other way round.

What grinds me the most is the arrogance, they have taken peoples money and they dont give a **** about keeping them updated.
 
This is the second thread for this topic, last was 500+ pages, We're now on 300+. We could be at 1 thread and about 10 pages if a daily status update was posted for all cards on the update thread. Super Simple Stuff. See how your competitor is keeping customers updated and make better decisions...
 
If people aren't receiving emails, I'd suggest calling up and changing the order email. Same problem was happening for me, called up, changed the email and about 30 minutes later I got my queue position when I never received one initially from the first round of queue position emails. Also, when speaking to them, they said they have problems sending to some emails, don't ask me how, email is an email but that was their excuse.

Can someone please give me a brief update on Asus TUFs. Have Asus said anything about shipping TUFs?

The only updates I've seen have been TUF OC related. I only went TUF because of the card length. So not only am I regretting that decision but also the whole OC pre-order experience. I don't care if it's delayed, I'd just like better communication!
