*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

I ordered Palit GeForce RTX 3080 Gaming Pro 10GB GDDR6X PCI-Express Graphics Card and I got an email saying I was 7th in the queue. According to that spreadsheet people with bigger positions than me have got shipping emails. I still have nothing, what is going on

Stock is due tomorrow apparently I'm number 7 for the OC version. (No shipping email either) HODL

Im queue number 73 for the same card and ive had no shipping email.

I've asked Palit on Twitter if they can confirm when the next batch is going out, as I don't expect the next batch to cover my order. Hopefully there's been some cancellations to get us further down the queue.

Let us know what they say! I'm 122 so I'd be lucky to get one in the second batch. I'm praying for lots of cancellations, doubtful though and to top it off I have bad toothache. A 3080 would help ease the pain

What's the Inno cards like ( cooling / performance ) I've never had one or heard of them before , but might order one , as my TUF position is 1700+
There is more than one card, so which one are you wanting the skinny on? The x4 iChill has the best cooling with an extra fan and two more heat pipes than the X3 for not much more money. A recent review by a Russian site found it was the memory generating the most heat (should be the same for all cards), two reviews have failed to make the card crash under overclocking conditions, and max heat was 77C under load.

As for not having heard of them before they've been around for a while and are very big in India and the Far East, you might remember the Herculez cards which they made?

One other nice touch is the metal support bracket included in the pack to stop sag which other manufacturers don't bother with, and it's probably the best looking RTX card out there at the moment.

There's only one reason they wouldn't be and thats because they don't have the pull or buying power they need to do that. There's obviously so many benefits dealing direct with AIBs not least the profit margin so it does make you sit back and think a bit.

Bear in mind OCUK are owned by Caseking in Germany. So there would be additional purchasing leverage as a group.

There are multi reasons: Nvidia have a dream amount, the AIB's have a large amount, the UK gets an ok amount, OCUK get a small amount and we get **** all! :p
You joke but you're not wrong. OC have litterally 1000s of pre-orders. Even if they got a dream amount in each week it would still take them months (years if deliveries don't improve) to catch up. At what point do we realistically see OC taking delivery of 100s of cards at a time. I think its going to be a while for everybody tbh.
To top it all off i had confirmation this morning that OC don't have enough watchdogs codes for all pre-orders so it looks like its going to be a bit of a free for all on those that were promised them and if you're down in the queue the chance is you wont see it :(

That makes things worse from where i'm looking. All that leverage and we're lucky if we get "an OK amount" Seems like caseking have OC way down their list of priorities as well

It's getting late, I better have a small amount of breakfast before I have an ok amount of lunch. I'll then spend a large amount of time in this forum, only to recieve a small amount of information before I have a large amount of dinner. I'll go to bed tonight and have a dream about a large amount of stock before I wake up in the small hours to check this ******* forum.
Rinse and repeat... Hope you have a great day guys and the small amount of stock today makes your dreams come true!

I had a list from OCUK of the AIBs they deal direct with and those which they deal via middleman, it was about 50/50.

Looking on the competetor sites lists of numbers of cards ordered it seems certain brands attract more sales, it seems that certain people buy product for no more reason that the name on the box, and not what is inside. These are the people who buy the branded asperin at the supermarket avoiding the generic product which is just the same and costs a fraction of the big names.

You want product stop carping you can't get hold of brand X and switch to a different brand which can supply !
