This is a good thing because looking like no one really bought inno3d, waiting on the x4 myself. Someone put in the forum a day or so ago that they just ordered recently and got a que position of 80.

I do suggest if you want a card this year maybe going with inno3d and all bench marks are running very sweet
 
Getting pretty sick of the Gigabyte OC not getting included in Gibbos daily updates. Two times now people have had cards shipped and no mention of them arriving or getting tidy updates after shipping...I suspect as they have been earmarked for pre-builds...
 
Hello. I Went from position #87 to #80 since September 29th for the MSI Gaming X trio 3080. have there only been 7 MSI Gaming X trio 3080 cards been sent out since september 29th? Just wondering if i'm getting a bad treatment as a customer? or is this just normal to the stock situation?

Well considering I was 764, and ordered on 24th, Maybe around 1000~ give or take a hundred or so would be my rough guess, but it could be higher

I can confirm the data does show this. I've had 3 emails on the Ventus queue and we have multiple other data points that show that an "OK" amount shipped which we know was at least 48 cards due to specific forum reports. People at the front of the queue moved about 50 places as you'd expect. I was at position 321 and moved 60 places, people in the 400's moved 70 places and so on. If you're even further back like at the 1000's mark or more then you're probably progressing through the queue faster due to cancellations than due to actual shipments. The 2nd email was the same only the position move for me at 261 was only -5, showing week on week the cancellations are still healthy.

The fact OCUK are sole importer and order direct from China also means shipments are not split between the other retailers, meaning a far better chance of larger delivery numbers.
 
If i've lost out on Watchdogs/GeForce Now sub, after buying within 25 MINUTES on release day, while people ordering different cards a month later that are shipped early due to better stock on those cards, get their Watchdogs/GeForce now sub... Holy **** I'll feel betrayed... So beyond disappointed with this whole ******* scenario

my son went from 118 to 111 today, so 7 cards since Sept. Seems OCUK have no commercial buying power. Really wish I’d known that on launch day, we would have put our money elsewhere. Oh well, it is what it is. At least they are sending out queue updates when the cards ship
 
Betrayed because you didn't get a free for some proper 6/10 looking game code as part of a limited offer promotion that didn't guarantee a code, and you're in the exact same position as everyone else? Some people need some perspective man. Betrayed!
 
People losing their jobs and literally dying/losing loved ones left and right and people are crying over some dumb game code from their luxury gaming item purchase they were lucky enough to be able to afford in spite of everything, smh. talk about first world problems
 
the free stuff should be first 1000 orders placed and not 1000 orders shipped, but i mean given everything else, im not even sure if they have a consistent method. probably should have sent them out when we ordered, not like its anything physical.

moved up 20ish in the giga game oc queue. thats good, i guess. actively seeing any card elsewhere though.

Have you only just got here today? there has been about 12 shipped today and I and others have had queue updates

I don’t think his statement was unfair. The card was advertised with the game. It seems, at the very least, to keep the price the same ( or possibly increase it depending on when you bought ) but not supply what was described seems like false advertising. Its not the purchasers fault the cards have still not been delivered
 
Yeah I get him being disappointed, but the game is a freebie, the terms and conditions of any promotion like that will say it's not guaranteed, and it's not a factor in the price of the item. That's not false advertising. Does it suck? sure, is it disappointing? totally, but nobody here is owed anything and nobody has been robbed of anything. Some people got luckier than others, you can't activate the code without actually having your card, so there is no jumping of queues, it was just luck of the draw who got what first.

If anything, people are probably gonna end up getting a much better code, like Cyberpunk

if those are your main concerns, and they are fair concerns, why are you here? This is a forum for people who have purchased, and not received, graphics cards. So that is what people are coming here to talk about.
