*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

Have to say, I agree. Whilst stocks are short please only take 1 so that someone else can have it. Why do you need 2?

Edit: I meant to say I agree with the complaint about you wanting more than one. I don't agree with the personal insults.
I would not be keeping more than one.
If the Trio was coming to me, I'd return the FE or sell it to a friend who has been waiting for one as well.

My problem is with OCUK's communications, they say it's because they aren't allowed to do so yet competitors who have the same partners as OCUK are able to talk about volume, expected shipment dates way in advance rather than just a day before etc. It's been quite disappointing.

@ASUS GPU Support

Looks like this guy disappeared a few weeks ago. Overclockers aren't talking, distributors won't talk and now there isn't even anyone at Asus that will let anyone know why supplies have stopped. I guess there's that mod on the Asus Facebook DIY pc page, can anyone get any information there? (I don't have a FB account).

Oh well done you you've got a card, but you have so little in life that you have to come on here to crow about it and cry because you didn't get another one. Please...
Says another person on forum lol.
Who's toxic now?

@Xyclops for that you have official thread where Gibbo is posting updates. From here you can only see that people aren't receiving anything for most of the GPU models.
This tread is already polluted, mostly because it is pointless. What do you expect? That a random people not associated with OCUK will help you figure out when you will receive anything? How? We all guessing. Some shipments comes in, some people get theirs card, some don't.

You can only get a cryptic message that can mean a range between Y and X, which is most frustrating thing. Let say, they've got a shipment of 50 cards, retail moved 25 places, so 25 goes to pre-build. Pre-build queue is fulfilled, but wait... they are still taking pre-orders for both retail and pre-builds...

For the record for people that gonna says quid complain, refund and go away. I did, got one card for myself and I'm hunting for a card for friend. My gonna lmao hard if I manage to get it quicker than any of people that are still stuck at the queue pretty much since launch.

I guess you are, you seem sensitive ah, just read the rest of your post, pathetic

Who are you to tell people what to do?

I'm no one but the common sense is that if you are not satisficed with OC then you can cancel the order and look somewhere else instead of complain on the forums that you are paying interest for the credit card etc.

What I'm saying is that if you don't like OC service or don't want to wait for the card, then cancel the order then take your hard earned money back. No one is stopping you doing that

Yep. Was here to answer all questions before launch and nothing since. Unless he has been told to not give out information.
The mod on that page only has info about North American supply etc.
Someone did ask who to contact for EU as he said on a post we would have to contact Eu support for info.
We got no answer and nobody has found anywhere to contact regarding the issue.

Weekly updates since when? Should we all expect an email at some point in this week?

The initial 2 weeks the email system was up and running, week commencing 27th Sept and 4th of Oct, you would have got an email only if your queue moved due to shipments of your cards coming in. Last week, we commencing 11th Oct it looks like everyone was emailed mid week on the Wed, whether your queue position had moved or not. So my understanding is they've moved to a weekly queue update for everyone, and most likely the next one will be tomorrow. Although scarcely any deliveries the last week so most people wont move much in the queue, probably just a few places due to cancellations.

If you want a good idea of whats going on then check the spreadsheet here for your model https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nqzTL2tEIl5FLQqZLdTeJ2iLAOBR-yVURCgbsTn5LSU People are submitting their queue data every week so we can see how fast the queues are shifting, if you see updates for your card and you still dont have an email yourself, check your anti spam and your email address for OCUK is right, and if still nothing contact customer support and let them know you didn't get an email, most of us are.

I hope AMD give them a rude awakening next week which results in large scale cancellations. Nvidia's strategy seems to be burn as many bridges as possible and destroy all customer good will. Unfortunately I'm invested into gsync.

I am free of waiting at last! Anyone above 888 in the queue for a 3080 Asus Tuf OC will be glad to know you have moved 1 place closer as I have now cancelled my order. Managed to get a founders edition 3080 from a competitor yesterday and it is out for delivery today!

I don't think I will be preordering anything from OCUK in the future, although I will still use them for items they have in stock at the time of order. I hope OCUK learn some lessons from this launch and make huge improvements for the next launch!

I think thats probably the retailer i ordered my strix with. At least th

Under when will I recieve my order, started last week.

Wow, that was good for a giggle :p

Its ever so slightly closer to the truth but they still insist they are receiving and shipping daily yet no updates from gibbo in how long?

Why dont they link to this forum and gibbos thread so buyers can see whats going on before buying. ;)

They need to be honest and let potential buyers know its a LOOOOOONNNNNGGGGG wait whichever way you slice it :D
