You haven't actually bought anything from them, they haven't sold anything to you so they cannot be blamed for something that someone else has sold without having timescales of when these can be fulfilled.
yeah, that's why they told the retailers to keep racking up the orders.

That goes against multiple things Gibbo has said

Firstly in the opening statement in the update thread
We have contacted NVIDIA and the graphics card manufacturers regarding the volume of cards sold on pre order. We will work closely with them to secure as much stock as possible and will keep you posted on the supply situation inside this thread as soon as we can, so check back for updates daily

Secondly as he mentioned a number of times, it has been a business decision to keep the pre orders open.

i think its a glitch cause its been happening all morning.

Interesting theory; they enable the buy button for a matter of seconds - fast enough a bot could snag it, but not enough time for a human. They can then gather the IPs of said bots, and blacklist them ready for the real drop in a few hours time.

Probably not accurate at all, but wouldn't be the worst way to block bots.
