Happy with my queue, i'm 51 in the queue for Inno3D x3, was reading some people being skeptic about the quality, but i didn't regret my past 2 cards from them, still working on some PC's. I only hope to get it somewhere before Cyberpunk, but i can wait playing the game for a few days, hell, even a month, been waiting for a new GPU and the game for years, can wait one more month.
 
Would anyone be able to reasonably guess what number I'd be in queue if I purchased a 3080 TUF today? Due to circumstances I couldn't preorder on the day and massively missed a spot... just curious how bad the backlog with OCUK actually is and if it's worth sitting in the queue if I'm not gonna get my card by this year.

I think their cooler is awesome. It was the lead time that put me off.

Are you sure you're not confusing when you received the email with when payment was processed? The timestamp on the email is when payment went through afaik.

Same here payment processed a around 7pm, ordered at 14:29, position 40 for an Eagle which seems to be in line with others around the 14:30 mark.
 
I went for the Asus Strix OC, after flapping around for a day I decided to take the plunge and reluctantly pre-order it with these guys on 18th (around 9pm when payment was accepted). Got an email today: 491 in queue. What do we reckon - this side of Xmas or am I looking at early new year present? First time buying a graphics card, probably the last time I try to do it at launch.

The point I’m making is that Asus/MSI/EVGA could well ramp up production soon, but there is no guarantee that stock will come to the UK, let alone OC. The emails are great for sure, but they don’t tell you what stock they are receiving each day, next week or this month. Nor does it tell you the quantity level of those shipments. People now have a number, a number they can stare at each week hoping it’ll go down but there is no info between those emails to show movement. That’s what Gibbos thread was about for me. Even if he seemed to miss many updates...

I'm sure people will post when they've had a card shipped which will give an indication of how fast the queues are reducing.

Cannot remember seeing anyone on the old thread get dispatch and receive a PNY, unless any that went out went to none forum members.
 
Wish we'd have known the numbers beforehand, hearing people order 6 days after me for the TUF and being about 950 places in front is a proper bummer. Literally have no PC now for the foreseeable future.

Well I managed to get two cards in two days from somewhere else, so now cancelled my preorder here.

Both myself and my mate are sorted so leaving this thread alone.

So glad I kept my 2080, reading this thread and seeing people saying they're without GPU's till seemingly January makes me feel fortunate atm

Nothing has landed in the UK as yet to the best of my knowledge, and I'm 8th in the queue when they are finally arriving I'd hope to be in the first batch.
