Saw someone on here say they ordered the same card as me almost an hour before me, but their queue position is 20 behind be.

No because technically they are doing what retailers have done, ordered cards, put money on top and then will deliver when they recieve the card

Heard somewhere ~35 days. Google says:

Normally i would say its ebay/paypal the getting the benefit as they will get about £125 in fees but this week there are £1 selling fee deals

I think OC knows it's going to be getting 100s/1000s of cards in weekly soon, otherwise they'd of put a warning when ordering the cards. Other than just pre order.
