*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

In 72h we will be 7 weeks into the queue. These promises of "ramp up" are just baloney.

I think there is probably something going on here under the surface if OCUK is unable to secure stock.

Still a little fish though, Caseking pass them crumbs.

Especially as Germany and Caseking have been doing ok Stock wise.

Little fish depending on what exactly your scale is. I mean their accounts are public information and yes I have looked at them. So if 50 million turnover, 13% gross profit, 14 million in net assets is a tiny fish then so be it. I mean it's not oem but it's fairly decent numbers.

Bro u are honestly just making OCs lack of updates/knowledge rn sound even worse

No failings in Logic, they are getting measly amounts of stock considering they continually brag about being best in UK etc to get stock and they will get it first.

What they actually get is the total opposite.

Point is a competitor in the UK has clearly been able to get more stock than OC which claims to be the biggest UK supplier.

From what I've seen, no they haven't. All we have is combined queue length for all the models of the card added into 1 list even though there's multiple models per AIB, and that doesn't show us calculations in the queue either. There's not some magic supply of cards falling out the sky going to loads of other distributors and not OCUK, there's just a massive shortage in supply. Just get over it already.

The realistic impact is potentially thousands in revenue that will be lost in the future from me buying from here. I'd imagine that'll be a similar case across the board.

I never commented on their ability to secure stock. :D Just that they aren't some little back street shop as was alluded to. I literally said that a queue system alongside delivery updates is a recipe for disaster and something I would have avoided if it were a decision down to me. It was clear that the crazy demand alongside supply that equates to a few cards here and there was going to end up a total mess. It doesn't matter how well they do, they are not going to do well enough to clear the massive backlog in any "acceptable" timeframe to keep people happy. The whole situation is a joke tbh.

The main issue is when you account for things like the Eagles, they said they would get them in 2 weeks, then provided no update other than the couriers and now there's no update this week despite the gigabyte rep saying OCUK should have the stock.

Thats dishonesty and a complete disregard for the customers.

Nice figures....and that means absolutely **** when the figures shipped speak for themselves.

Agree. They can't be as inept as this. There's some next level shenanigans afoot here.

OCUK hasn't received a single X3 or X4 iChill card. Inno appear to have lied about a shipment back on the 12th of October which has failed to even leave Innos HK HQ, worse than that though is the fact that they have supplied cards in the German owners Caseking, and it appears likely that Ino have no intention of supplying any stock to the UK this year.
Maybe its a Eurovision thing, nill point

Please read back this whole thing was in response to telling somebody to do a bit more research. I can almost guarantee by your reply that you are reading it out of context :) I have already said at no point did I comment on their (ocuk) ability to obtain or ship rtx gpu's.

It's just pants ain't it,
Got excited with the news of eagle deliveries, then they no show with no word to where they might be, and then news that according to gigaman they should have been here and have been disturbed to the uk suppliers,
Who knows what's going on anymore,
How many months do the aib partners usually have to get ready for a launch, seem like they found out when we did and started producing

I still can't get my head around how few seem to be flowing out, supply in quantities of 5 here, 10 there is not normal especially given the demand.
