I've just seen him posting for something like 20 years now.

And I was here when he joined, albeit i was under a different user name (oddly enough, depsite MANY messages to OcUk customer services I NEVER got a response to recover my old info, what a SHOCKER). I remember him being an overclocking enthusiast, not a corporate puppet and being just as angsty when stuff didn't arrive on time. Funny how the tables have turned.

Of course, one has to factor in, things are going to slow down at this time of year, aka approaching year end, Xmas etc, under 'normal' circumstances. Unfortunately, we now have the National Lock-down on top of that, plus the dreadful back-log that OCUK have created for themselves, so, all in all, outlook is pretty bleak for those waiting I'd say.

Same scenario is going to happen when AMD release their GPU's, and also in 3 days time, when the 5000 series CPU's are opened up for scalping. It will be no different in this 'greed' ridden society

Im from germany and ordered my strix non-oc from Caseking. I dont think they her More cards then oc. They dont want to give us any Information about the cards. We dont know when the cards coming or how big the shipment is. Once per week they Share a Post on Twitter which cards they send to the customers. Im gonna cancell my order next week. I See More cards on every other retailer in germany. Trust me, Caseking has not More cards then oc. And you got a gibbo and That is better than a ******** tweet. Sorry for my Bad english and its very Hard to Write something on a german autocorrect. Stay strong!

I get the impression that Overclockers are not even shipping 50 max a week at present.

The problem with his updates and not just the lack there of, but they're usually worded poorly and doesn't list shipments that have arrived and shipped. What happened to the Gigabyte shipment? At least with the competitor it's in a clear and concise format that details expected shipments, total shipped for the week, updated queue numbers. What we have is some one liners from a guy who spends more time on the stocks forum.

There are multiple orders that have been said to be coming and have just 'vanished'. Take the Gigabyte shipments for one.

Seriously, 1 Gigabyte Gaming OC leaving OC UK warehouses a week is just a joke at this point. Am I going to wait a year????!!! @GIGA-Man can you let us know why OC UK is getting such low stock numbers? Are you really just sending like 4 of these card to UK per week? How many shops is there in UK with these card? 4? 5? Is this all that UK gets per week?

It's the same with the Eagles - even Giga-Man said that OCUK were sent some, but OCUK say they haven't had any.

Something smells real bad. Either OCUK have lost a bunch of orders, or they have them, but not telling us for some reason.

Large amount shipping from MSI on 23rd 9 days ago. Competitor get delivery OC gets nothing seems very odd.

I speculate that this could be to do with them saying that couriers are currently extremely busy with an early Christmas surge. They may simply be waiting for a delivery company to take them.

Just speculation though. I really doubt anything shady is going on. It's just the poor communication that makes it seem this way.

For me it seems that way, because clearly it is that way. Missing shipments, shipments that are smaller than expected pretty much every time they do arrive, shipments claimed that didn't arrive but manufacturer said it did. Shipments that we know arrived but 0 got sent out. Claims of receiving no cards when every other reseller gets those cards is pretty obvious fiction. A manufacturer would not do that in any circumstances, ever! The poor communication is a result of some pretty shady stuff going on.

I have to agree with you, the information hasn't added up and no explanation given. Add to your list card shipments being told they arrived and no one received them, evidenced by queue positions staying the same.

I am just hoping and praying that when they finally ship MSI TRIOs to the first 100 customers (mid 2021?) that there is nothing wrong with mine so that I don't have to deal with this company in any way ever again.
Pretending they don't know where stock is is a joke. To pretend that businesses with large order volumes don't have more detailed order tracking than consumers get is a farce.
