Are we going to be getting one of these?

Inno website says:

Promotion period : Oct 30th 2020 - Dec 10th 2020 or while stocks last.

Question is what matters our order date or when OC finally issue the invoices to us?

I remember them saying early days "We benefit from being one of Nvidia's oldest partners and the biggest UK PC retailer"

They were quite careful not to claim OCUK is "the biggest UK PC retailer". They said:

"Overclockers UK is one of the biggest and oldest NVIDIA partners and we will be one of the first companies to get stock."

It would be nice to see OCUK shipping over 300 RTX 3080 cards per week, and models of every branch, every week. That said, at this time, they probably have limited control over the time suppliers send cards to them.

I do wonder how they get allocated when they get to the U.K.
It doesn’t seem to make sense to ship like 50 or 100 to the U.K.

Like the MSI ventus ‘small amount’ update. MSI surely doesn’t send a small amount of anything if they can avoid it.

I think the main distributor gets quite a lot, then would only allocate OC a small amount for example.

I cannot resist a feeling that when Gibbo says they expect some cards he means that Caseking expect them...and then we might get some if any left, that's why he don't tell us numbers or any details.

I think it's pretty obvious at this point that ocuk is getting little to very little stock coming in every week. The thing that is annoying me though is Gibbo's
update two weeks ago regarding the large msi trio shipment. Complete silence now except for a small amount of ventus arriving this week which shipped a week later than trio's. How is this possible? Now ocuk can surprise me and by this time tomorrow night my trio will be on its way over to me but judging by the way things have been moving along here I doubt that very much.

I was about to say something similar. I think CaseKing.de own OCUK? Therefore if they are receiving stock they are having to satisfy demand in Europe and only allocating “some” to OCUK.

At any rate, it would seem OCUK, for whatever reason aren’t as big or popular as they would lead you to believe if this launch is anything to go by.

There has to be something going on here. Tin foil hat time but are suppliers and manufacturers charging an arm and a leg for stock or do OC have no buying power? EVGA queue hasn't moved and several other brands haven't moved. I get that stock is limited but this competitor is getting stock across all brands weekly.

Yeah, seems like something is not right here.

This has crossed my mind also.

OcUK seem to be prioritising short term gains over long term.

and you received it? Yeah gave me an estimated delivery of next Monday, which I found was odd because it mentioned they were expecting stock on the 20th. But should be processed within a few days hopefully. Gonna cancel asap and be done with this queue.

well, I ordered it late friday, shipped saturday, arrived today- but i did pay when it was showing 10 in stock

...across 20 different models.
So still small amounts.
Yeah, but that is a number of shipped cards within a week! ...and it is increasing...OCUK still takes many more pre-orders than they ship cards so it is a never ending story. I think they are going to start sending more cards once people either stop pre-ordering or start mass cancellations due to competitors having more stock. Why would they bother at the moment if there is so many people who just give their money away for nothing? They need a reason to try getting the cards a little bit harder

Overclockers are so **** am feed up with them get such small stock in ! The second a competitor gets the aorus RTX 3080 master in I will be getting it from them ! Am definitely not getting from Overclockers ever again !
