*** NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3080 SERIES STOCK SITUATION - NO COMPETITOR DISCUSSION ***

I am new to this forum, this may not be the right place to post this. I ordered a 3070 but have received no emails after they confirmed the purchase but it should have been dispatched a few days ago so I don’t think I’m going to get one for a month. Anyway, does overclockers now have stock for 3080, specifically the 3080 TUF gaming. Their shop website is so outdated the description still says pre order September 17th so I have no clue what is going on. I want to cancel my 3070 and buy the 3080 if overclockers have it in stock
Hi buddy. The queue for tuf 3080 non o.c was huge. Problem is Asus have been recieving GPU that hit to high in performance from Nvidia for the non o.c spec. This means that all they can ship are the o.c version.
I ordered the tuf non o.c on the 19 th of September and was placed 1198 in the queue. I have since dropped down and now stand at 914. This is all due to cancellation of orders.
Info is vague and scarce but I'm not expecting to see my GPU this side of xmas.
Better off jumping on a smaller queue like pny, pallit or zotac. Great cards just less popular.
Given the current situation I would wait for real world AMD benchmarks and consider them instead.
I am left wondering if the same is true for other board partners and o.c Vs non o.c versions.
 
Hey, right now I am ******. There shouldn't be such a case to not received a digital copy of Watchdogs if I've ordered the card on day one. This is not my fault and problem that Nvidia couldn't handle production. This is my right to receive the digital copy. Where should I contact Overclockers to complain about it?

Definitely not on a forum, they have Customer Care phone number on website
 
Was hoping to get the rtx 3080 msi x trio oc by 10th November for destiny 2 update launch, after ordering it at 14:07 17th Sept with queue number 103, what ever happened to that shipment on 23rd Sept, did it fall in the sea, there is limited shipping information and no Etas from the shipping companies when they land at ocuk

But it ain’t like they are shipping out hundreds of OC versions is it. I think it was maybe 41 they shipped after the initial launch day stock? That is nothing relative to queue sizes.

This is why you, @Gibbo should change the website to stop poor sods like this doing the above! It's morally wrong!! Take of the sodding pre order thing put an actual warning up about realistic wait times! :mad:

Why are people more concerned with a trash game, when the real issue, is that we are not receiving the actual thing we paid for, not the limited free extra?
I cannot do anything with a stock situation while I can with the pathetic situation of digital distribution. That was a part of the deal, so I want it.
 
Well it looks like my time in this thread is nearly over. Had confirmation at 7am this morning that my Gaming Trio has been shipped along with the Cod Black ops game code. I was number 61 in the queue last time round so they large shipment turned out to he true!
I'm assuming you mean from the competitor and not oc?
 
It's quite funny watching the posts about 'watchdogs', when I just contacted CS they don't even know if any of the Inno cards are going to arrive this side of new year and cannot explain why Gibbo had claimed they were being prepared for shipment 20th of October and had never arrived. Trouble is that too much of the posts on the Gibbo thread are inaccurate or not updated at all, or are so lacking in detail that they make no sense at all.

If they did that the staff wouldn't be overworked! And ran into the ground, specially since they wouldn't have to worry about new orders to be processed just the current situation with ongoing orders and cancellations.
 
So it seems people here are reaching out to the manufacturers, has anyone heard from Zotac? I may send them an email / message, seems strange that the updates are coming from other customers speaking direct to suppliers....

It's better to lie over new customers and just cancel some of them while receiving a constant amount of new orders...

Thats today, as a customer that ordered with you on release date (so about 2 months now), Could you please give me a straight response to status please.
 
ive cancelled. Incompetant company. Sure, maybe its not your fault that you're not getting cards when your competitors are.

But it is your fault for terrible customer service, awful one liner updates, constantly failing or lying about orders coming in.

Pre ordered day one, and you've shipped maybe 30 of my gpu in that time with absolutely no updated information on it.

GG ocuk and your "great relationship with nvidia"
