Since when is taking preorders dishonest? - As long as they inform you either on the 3080 section and the card page about the current worldwide situation and that its going to take a long time what is the harm? - Plenty of people will just want to be in a queue and receive it when they come into stock. As a customer I would want the choice to decide if I queue or play F5 warrior round numerous other websites and not stand a chance of getting one in the 8 secs they are available.
 
ALRIGHT, so I want to apologise to Flake he was 100% correct this whole time, the cards never fu king existed and both inno and oc ******* definitely knew this
 
Okay I've had about enough of this now. Even if the AMD cards are weaker in RT performance I'm probably just going to order one if there's available stock. I've been number 9 in the inno3d que for over a month now and hearing now that they're somehow supplying 3070s but not 3080s is infuriating.

This whole thing has been an exercise in tedium and it's really colouring my opinion of Nvidia and certainly inno3d.

I'm not sure how this miscommunication happened short of someone messing up either and typing or reading 7 as 8 which adds fuel to the frustrating fire.

Surely the honest thing would be to put the current queue length on the order page for each card.
 
My question with the latest couple of updates about an MSI shipments, is that the same was the one that left the factory on the 23rd, the batch that left on the 31st, or an entirely different batch from a distrubutor rather than straight from MSI? Is the 3080 Trio getting large + small + very large over the next week or two, or is the very large just the large and small combined once they get here?

The amount of info has improved, but a little more detail about what is happening and has happened would help massively. The string of disconnected statements still makes it nearly impossible to keep track of what is going on despite the increase in info we are getting.
 
They took our money while they knew that these cards never will come. Look at X-box X pre-orders, only took 5 euros from you. This is all about they using your money for months. This is illegal!
 
I'm glad I got out when I did, feel sorry for anyone who preordered a kfa2 or inno3d best bet is to look elsewhere or at this rate you'll be in that queue for the next few months!

I second this, this is where customer service and communication can be be improved from fair/abysmal to good/excellent.
