Asus cards...what a joke there are at least 5000 preorders for the various models and no more than 100 cards are already sent to the customers ....WHY OC is still taking preorders Gibbo? especially for cards that even in November are as scarce as a white rhino is?....

IIRC I've seen Gibbo say that they were working on that. With all the problems with the site, the time it took to build the queue info email, and the issues they have with updating the site I get the impression that it is both running on legacy systems and run almost entirely by an outside company, and OC might just have some kind of CMS they can add products through. I think any changes are just at the end of a slow SLA that means anything they want done takes a month or two, which obviously isn't working well.

Between the communication issues (maybe they should hire a community manager/liason type position to run their comms) and the inability to get new systems inplace to deal with issues in a timely manner I really hope they are going to re-evaluate what they can and possibly must change in the next couple of years to improve their ability to deal with big launches, which must be a major contributor to their profits.
 
Might be legal but for all of you OC arse leeches out there, these ******* have now taken my money for over two month, given multiple false promises for delivery estimates, specifically ******* TOLD ME THAT THE CARDS HAD BEEN SHIPPED 3 times. **** oc never again

In which case it is your right to cancel and ask for your money back.

As i told they keep taking pre-orders because they need your money to invest, many cancelled, they need new pre-orders to keep grow their pocket.
NO need to agree with me.

Wtf u think im wasting my moring on, Im a biomed student the amount of time and stress that i have put on this card has legitimately wasted my life but Im literally too far invested now to cancel without raising some concern for OCs standards which have clearly managed to hit past rock bottom

What's the point? He said that an order in the teens would arrive last week and a larger order this week. Nothing last week, and no word of anything this week.

@GIGA-Man Please do something here - OCUK are making it sound like it's Gagabyte's fault - you suggested that they would get cards, it sounded like you suggested that cards were shipped to them - OC are saying they didn't get any (and ignoring any questions on them, and giving no further updates). Some next level BS from somewhere - but from which side?
 
darg are u mad how are you just going to ignore the fact that gibbo has been lying to us for over a month in the inno camp and just ask for ur card like he actually cares about you, bro u should be as ****** as me even though u arent waiting for an inno card i feel

You are wasting your time moaning about the situation like a child. Your options are:

1) Keep the order and wait.
2) Cancel the order and get your money back.

They haven't done anything illegal. Maybe took on more then they can chew at worst.

Why you cant see what is going on?
What you think why other competitors not taking pre-orders?
It is not moaning, OC UK been lying to us.
Not just Inno cards, more than 3000 pre-orders taken, only few hundred shipped in more than a months while competitors shipped much more without taking pre-orders.
You will see with time when you still waiting for your card next year you will realize the same that we already did.
