What's this thread actually for? It seems like any genuine stock discussion beyond wild speculation and moaning about OCUK isn't actually allowed.

That's an easy one, it's to keep us all in a place where they can see what is being said about them and delete what they don't like, it's not rocket science!

Non-essential retail can remain open for delivery to customers and click-and-collect.

When CS is honest and not using the copy/paste replies, being transparent with us, it's an absolute win. I'm dissapointed with all other forms of communication and my original email to her was just me asking if there's any light, knowing that OCUK can't pull a rabbit out of a hat and are doing their best but that communication is key, being on the same team as us vs telling us drip feed news and then blocking communications with us because "customers are annoying".

She made myself feel like we're on the same team. I'm annoyed at the wait like anyone, thats why I waited and thought about sharing the email too. I should have taken her name out and I do apologize but I don't agree with the instant shut down from the mods.

She should head up their communications IMO.

I totally agree the Lady should be promoted to head of customer services and given a seat here on the forum so that someone honest can tell us the real truth and then it's up to us

That's right and this is the third time I've seen it, usually Gibbo comes up and strokes them all and then they all whimper how sorry they are and they are happy now he has appeared, wonder if he will appear this time and sprout a load of B***cks

You'll find it on OCUK's twitter as a reply to a recent post of theirs about black friday. It'll likely be removed from the forum if direct linked because censorship.
